Gorgeous covered terrace with stunning views, AC, amazing host!

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights and loved everything about it. The terrace was absolutely beautiful. The property had everything we needed for our stay (including umbrellas as there was some rain during our stay). Incredibly clean and Mario was an amazing host and gave us so many good recommendations and made us feel so at home! will definitely be coming back and staying at his place and recommend this place to all of my friends and family!

Mario went above and beyond and was an exceptional host! All our needs were taken care of. The space was clean, well decorated, and comfortable. The patio and garden area were so lovely. Parking directly next to the property, AC, and laundry. Gorgeous lake/mountain views

Absolutely fabulous

Mario the host couldn’t do enough for informing of all the best things to do in the area, even gave us a ride to the stations and boats when we needed, but the view of the lake was insane from the balcony also the balcony was huge and covered which was great as one night it rained and we just enjoyed watching the lake, very peaceful! Rooms was spotless, I would definitely stay here again and would recommend others also to stay, we travelled 4 places and this was by far the best stay.

I would like to thank Mario for making our stay comfortable. I've chosen this apartment based on rivews and it was a good choice. The accommodation is comfortable, in the quiet area but not far from the main road. Very clean apartment, spacious terrace, beautiful view over Come, good location to make trips to different places as the bus stop and ferryboat are nearby. It is a big plus because driving a car and finding parking is a lot of stress . Mario is a great host. Helpful, attent, friendly. Always ready to help, to explain, to give a good advice where to find a good restaurant and what to visit. I would definitely come back. Thank you very much Mario .

Very happy with our stay

The view was incredible which was great for sitting on the porch flr multiple hojrs. The flat is right by a path that leads down close to the ferry and bus stop. The host, Mario, was very accommodating and went above and beyond to ensure we had a good stay

There is no sink to wash up in the kitchenette, but that is as described in the description, however, they offer washing up of dirty dishes daily so it is not an inconvenience

Accommodation was just lovely! Quaint, homely, comfortable. View from our bedroom and terrace just wonderful!. The terrace was superb. Mario and Vrezy were delightful hosts. Easily the nicest accommodation we stayed in on our touring trip in France and Italy (five in all).

Lovely room

We had a great staying at Mario’s place. Views from our terrace were beautiful and you can enjoy glass of wine or eat outside if you like. The room has a little fridge and small area with coffee machine, toaster and all you need such as plates, cutlery, glasses etc.. so it is quite convenient. The location was perfect for us as it also had a good parking space in the house and Mario gave us lots of indications where to park near the town if we didn’t want to walk, tips for places to eat, boats schedules and a map of the lake area… he also gave us great recommendation to visit Bergamo on our way out and it was lovely, thank you Mario! You were absolutely right! We highly recommend Mario’s place for a quiet and comfy stay at Lago di Como.

Great place to stay on the lake.

Mario is the perfect host, nothing is too much. He made sure we we're happy and comfortable and gave us some great recommendations for our stay. The room we stayed in was exceptionally clean and had a lovely old Italian vibe. The view from the large terrace area alone made the stay worth every moment. The location is a 30 min walk into the main town area down a wonderful path which leads through some older parts of the village.

Amazing time at lake Como

Perfect stay in a very special clean house with a super host Mario. We spent 6 nights and enjoyed every day the stunning views of the landscape of lake Como and the Bellagio peninsula. We have been surrounded by nature and well-kept grounds. Mario was always ready to help with good advice, booking restaurants. ...and much more. We'll be back!!! the property is just beautiful, from the authentic decor to the greenery and the breathtaking view. we had an amazing time and we would a million percent recommend it especially that Mario the host is extremely welcoming and helpful, he took care of us during our entire stay and made us very comfortable.

The view from the appartment on the Como lake is magnificient. To enjoy the breakfast outside on the terrace was fantastic! The owner and host Mario, is a great person who gives advice, drives you down town or other places if you want to and presented a good bottle of Italian proseco upon arrival. I chose this room because of the wonderful view over Lake Como and it did not disappoint. The view of the lake and the mountains is quite spectacular and can be enjoyed from the well-furnished portico. The room is beautifully furnished and in very good condition. Our host Mario was most attentive to our every need and as a local was able to give us wonderful tips to make our stay really special. Highly recommended.

All in all you get more than you expect. Mario is one of the best hosts I have ever met.

Stunning view at the lake como. The host , Mario, was always there if you had any questions about good restaurants, places to visit and everything else. The room , bathroom, and terrace were very clean and everything in very good condition. For sure they try to let you have a really good vacation and time with a stunning view and fair price as well. The espresso in the morning and breakfast on the terrace gives you the perfect start in the day. Nice garden as well. All in all a very fair and good deal. He gave us bottle of sparkling wine to say goodbye. Really courteous. I can recommend the apartment :)

Апартаменты были великолепны, всё чисто идеально, владелец нас встретил, несмотря на то что мы приехали позже 9 часов вечера, всё показал , кровать и матрас и подушки всё очень удобное и комфортное ,а на утро вид с террасы был просто восхитительный, хозяин нам дал советы куда можно сходить, но мы наслаждались просто великолепным видом, сидя на террасе))) спасибо большое 👍👏

В будние дни рядом стройка посидеть в тишине не получится Отсутствие кухни, так как в выходные утром негде позавтракать, хотели поесть в апартаментах, но не учли что приготовить не получится (

The host Mario welcomed us warmly, provided us with very valuable and useful information about the places around - beautiful villas and gardens, interesting places to visit and the most optimal way to get to them, as well as useful information about restaurants nearby. Very good location - with a nice panoramic view of the lake and the mountains around it. Parking space provided (which is a difficult task for the entire area around the lake and in the towns). In 15 - 20 minutes walk we reach the boat stop and from there conveniently organized transport to the sights and beautiful places along the coast. In a few more minutes you can walk to one of the most beautiful - Villa Carlotta. We had everything we needed for our stay and if we needed anything extra - Mario responded immediately. We were left with very pleasant memories of our stay! =================================================================== Домакинът Марио ни посрещна топло, предостави ни много ценна и полезна информация за местата наоколо - красиви Вили и градини, интересни места за посещение и най-оптималният начин да се стигне до тях, както и полезна информация за ресторантите в близост. Много добро местоположение - с хубава панорамна гледка към езерото и планините около него. Осигурено мястото за паркиране (което за целият район около езерото и в градчетата е трудна задача). За 15 - 20 минути пеша стигаме до спирката на корабчетата и от там удобно организиран транспорт до забележителностите и красивите места по крайбрежието. За още няколко минути се отива пеша до една от най-красивите - вила Карлота. Разполагахме с всичко необходимо за нашият престой и ако имахме необходимост от нещо допълнително - Марио веднага реагираше. Останахме с много приятни спомени от пребиваването!

Très bon séjour sur le Lac de Come malgré un temps épouvantable

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la vue sur le lac depuis la chambre, donnant sur la terrasse. Logement très propre. Notre hôte était très sympathique. Il était à notre disposition pour nous renseigner sur les moyens de transport et les lieux à visiter.

Le coin cuisine trop petit, sans évier ni plaque de cuisson.

La terrasse est très agréable. Nous conseillons cet hébergement les yeux fermés. L’endroit est idéal pour faire des excursions.

Séjour trés agréable sous un herberment parfait pour nous avec le souhait de revenir

La vue en hauteur sur le Lac, l'accueil de Mario " on ne peut pas faire mieux et en français ", la terrasse avec la vue sur le lac avec la possibilité d'un petit déjeuner, d'un diner ou du souper , la possibilité de stationner mon véhicule. Je reviens sur notre accueil , Mario est disponibles pour ses hôtes " reservation d'un restaurant, livraison de pizzas à domicile vu que la possibilité de cuisiner est restreinte , conseils sur les activités à entreprendre avec documentations à l'appui en en mot nous nous sentions accompagné lors de notre séjour"
