Casa amplia y limpia situada en la parte alta de Tremezzo. Cuenta con dos baños y dos habitaciones. Cocina muy bien equipada. Se puede ir caminando al lago (unos 15 minutos), lo malo es la vuelta cuesta arriba. Los dueños viven en el piso de arriba. Se puede dejar el coche dentro con dificultad, aunque hay parking cerca.
No dispone de aire acondicionado. Tuvimos un problema el último día, no había agua corriente desde que nos levantamos y nadie nos dijo nada ni nos dieron explicaciones, por la tarde/noche seguía sin haber agua, no podíamos ni siquiera ducharnos después de todo el día fuera, estando con dos niños pequeños tuvimos que irnos a un hotel, por lo que perdimos una noche sin compensación alguna.

A környék nagyon szép volt, egy kis kaptató volt, kb 1 km felfelé a szálláshoz a tótól, de számunkra nem volt megerőltető. A szállásadónk nagyon segítőkész, kedves volt, érkezésünkkor fel is vitt autóval a buszmegállóból a hátizsákokkal. 2 hálószoba 2 fürdőszobával nagy könnyebbség 4 főnél. Éjszaka is mászkáltunk, biztonságban éreztük magunkat, kivilágított kis utcákkal teli.
Nincs légkondicionáló a lakásban, 2 ventilátor működik, ami éjszaka azért zajos. Melegnek volt annyira meleg, hogy anélkül nem lehetett aludni.
