Quiet area with beautiful vistas and still within walking distance to the lake. It was clean, it’s comfy and had a nice balcony. Not to forget the aircon in each room.

Excellent location and beautiful views, convenient parking spot. Gisele, the person who takes care of things, was kind and responsive in dealing with some missing items. Kitchen equipment was good (kettle, toaster, plenty of croquery...).

In spite of the good aspects, we did not feel completely comfortable in the apartment. Wifi was essentially useless---we had to use our own phone hotspot allowance to work. There was almost no space for our clothes---90% of space in drawers and wardrobe was occupied by other stuff (and nowhere to hang coates either). Apartment is in general a little crammed and the shower small. There was a coffee maker with no capsules, things advertised as provided were absent or not in generous quantity (1 toilet roll for 2 people for 4 days...), and none of the welcome little complimentary useful things (tea bags, bottled water etc. ) that one normally find everywhere in rented apartments on arrival (especially in this price bracket). By the way, several positive reviews seem to be influenced by the personalised welcome, help and recommendations by "Mario": be aware that he might not be in charge any longer---we had zero interaction with him.

Appartement bien équipé pour cuisiner, très propre ! Nous n’avons pas pu profiter de la piscine car celle-ci n’était pas encore ouverte. C’est néanmoins un petit plus pour les futurs locataires je pense ! Localiser dans un endroit calme, 15 min de marche en montée depuis l’arrêt de bus tremezzo Boliviana mais ce n’est pas insurmontable.

Pas en lien avec l’appartement mais à savoir qu’il y a peu d’endroits dans les environs pour faire des courses. A savoir en réservant cet appartement si vous ne souhaitez pas manger tout le temps au restaurant !

Sehr schöne Aussicht. Sehr gute Ausstattung im Küchenbereich, Spül- und Waschmaschine, mobile Fliegengitter vor allen Fenstern. Alles sehr sauber. Gute Raumaufteilung. Heizung war auch für kältere Tage optimal.

Keine Einkaufsmölichkeit in der Nähe. Etwas mehr Platz im Kleiderschrank wäre wünschenswert.
