Dilly Dally Days - by Satisfactual Property

We had an absolutely lovely time at Lake Como, and the apartment definitely contributed to making our stay so enjoyable. Everything was excellent – from the spectacular views, air conditioning, comfortable rooms, swimming pool, lift, and free on-site parking to the absolutely wonderful host. Giorgia was fantastic and very easy to communicate with. Check-in was straightforward, and we really appreciated the lovely welcome pack waiting for us in the apartment. The apartment is just a short walk from the restaurants and ferry terminal. The walk back is a bit uphill, but it’s absolutely worth it for the stunning views and peaceful location. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Le logement est très agréable, très bien équipé et propre. La communication avec Giorgia a été fluide de bout en bout, ce qui a été très appréciée. D'ailleurs l'accueil est parfait : de charmantes attentions vous "souhaitent la bienvenue". La terrasse face au lac de Côme et les alentours montagneux vous plongent dans une atmosphère propice à la détente. Il y a des bains de soleil que vous pouvez descendre au bord de la piscine. Nous y avons passé un très bon séjour.

La seule chose qui n'a pas été à la hauteur et, Giorgia notre interlocutrice le sait, c'est l'impossibilité de se baigner dans la piscine: elle était hors-service à notre arrivée. Apparemment, une attente de pièce de réparation était toujours en cours. Si vous y allez les prochains jours pour cet équipement particulièrement, renseignez vous bien pour ne pas avoir de surprise désagréable.

Excellent stay! The apartment is fully equipped, very clean and comfortable. Giorgia is a wonderful and welcoming host, who greeted us with water, juice, snacks, and even a bottle of wine. The living room and kitchen are arranged in an open-space concept. The balcony offers a stunning panoramic view of Lake Como. Highly recommended — we would gladly come back!
