A perfect base to explore the lake

Perfect stay

The apartament was just excellent. Huge windows in the living room with incredible view. Location is perfect: just a minute from Bakery (don't Look on Google maps there is easiest way using alleys throug the buildings). Fantastic pizza near by and calm area. Higly recommend

Lovely modern, clean apartment

Lovely apartment. Modern, clean and nicely furnished. Good location with a mini market and bakery 2 minute walk away. 15-20 min walk to ferry ports but there are waterfront paths so you’re not walking on the road. Clear instructions and helpful staff! Nice welcome pack with helpful bits.

I did not mark the property down for this as I’m sure it can be fixed, but the fridge beeped often. One comment is the air conditioning was not cool enough in 30 degree heat during our stay and it was hard to sleep, so some curtains over the lovely large windows may be beneficial in summer months (it really is a sunny corner!)

A fair place in a good location, but very badly managed

Location was good and the apartment itself was fine, but many things went wrong and eventually we were very disappointed

The place was infested by cockroaches, we counted more than 15. The television was not working. One of the ACs was not working. It was very difficult to park around there. The place is about 100 meters from the road, and the path to reach there is paved with stones and with many steps. One has to carry the suitcases for at least 100 meters on a difficult surface to roll them. The host kept on asking for the payment of the local taxes (less than 3% of the amount already paid in advance), when they had already been paid.

the place quite clean from 1st look and onwer was answering all questions

the place has spiders in every corner and the wifi only worked 1 st day 2nd i asked the owner to solve but did not solver at all i set 2nd day all without wifi which was annoying and parking quite far from apartment 5 minutes by walking which annoying with big luggages and rainy weather, its 45 minutes far from downtown driving

There was a smell of drains when it rained. Clean change of linen and towels would be appropriate if staying more than a few days. Air conditioning unit in sitting area.

A nice place near Tremezzo

A lovely place to stay, big apartment, well situated to visit main places in Como Lake. Staff are fast in responding, easy communication. They have a helpful web with local recommendations and check-in instructions.

Wifi was very important for us, but it was not working at all, the host did not follow-up too much on this that was a little bit disappointing. I chose to pay by cash when booking but the whole amount was taken by card finally.

Great location, very close to the lake and good swimming spots as well as local amenities. Apartment was spotless, easy to use and had a terrasse which was very enjoyable for dinners and also handy for drying off your swimsuits after a day in the lake!

Very nice place! Super price for this location. Very clean, and big rooms. super atmosphere! Strongly recommend for family trip^ possible to stay with kids. In the next building it is super cool restaurant with th best awards from foursquare

It is very difficult to get to this place with big luggage. The road from car parking to apartment made of old stones and not strait. I afraid to loose rolls from my bag.

Die Bilder in der Beschreibung sind von 2 ferien Wohnungen zusammengestellt. Wir sind von anderen ausgegangen. Die Waschmaschine hatte keine Tür, der Gartenblick war ein Blick auf meterhohes Unkraut. 1 Weinglas ( von 2) war defekt (Stand kaputt im Schrank)Alles lieblos! Für den Preis nicht akzeptabel. Es ist sehr hellhörig. Booking Italien war unverschämt beim Telefongespräch. Booking Deutschland hat nicht einmal geantwortet! Echt schade und wir überlegen es uns 3 mal um wieder über Booking.com zu buchen.

De moderne lichte ruime huiskamer is lekker "thuis" komen. Het matras is zacht en het dekbed zwaar. De een houd ervan, de ander niet. Leuke rustige wijk. Goede bakker om de hoek.

Sauber, gut ausgestattet, immer erreichbare Unterstützung

Ausladen war anstrengend, weil man nicht zur Wohnung fahren kann. Da wir mit einem Baby unterwegs waren, hatten wir ziemlich viel dabei, aber dafür auch hinterher wenig autolärm
