Schön wären noch ein paar gemütliche Möbel im Wohnzimmer und auf der Terrasse sowie eine bessere Grundausstattung zum Kochen (jedenfalls Öl, Essig, Pfeffer).

How clean and modern it was.

There was no water in the property. The windows are very wide so lack of privacy also.

Freshly renovated apartment, very clean, nice bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. Very spacious and functional place. Free public parking available in walking distance. The rental agency was professional and forthcoming, even though there was a lot of bureaucracy to deal with ahead of the stay.

The photos on the website are misleading, as they represent two apartments. For the Lovely Corner on the bottom floor, there was no view and although the living room was interesting with high ceilings, the flat was a bit dark, sparsely furnished and not cosy at all. The mattress was very hard, the bed creaked and the sofa bed turned out not to be a real sofa bed (too short). As to the location, this is a small village on the street to Como with little to do, so probably best to use as a stop on an itinerant journey. And considering all of this, even though it offered a lot of space and the rental agency was friendly and forthcoming, we found the cost very high for what it offered.
