Overall excellent. Only letdown was internet

Good location. Easy to find with parking(hard in lake como). Easy to get to ferries. Food stores close by. Great cooking facilities

Internet was weak except in certain areas and was slow. Made travel planning etc difficult

It was great! 100% would book again.

Walkable to Tremezzo, about 10 minutes, which was just right for me. Even closer to Lenno, and the little town of Azzano is just down the street if you want a quick coffee or groceries. I really enjoyed the location, and it was close to the lake, less than a 100m up a slight incline. Clean, more spacious than I expected, fantastic views, and lighting with plenty of windows.

It was very easy to find and access the apartment. It was a new unit, complete with all new appliances. Although it was not in front of the lake it has a great view of it. Even with other guest in neighbour apartments we could not hear a sound. So, very nice place.

Although I had a reservation for 5 people, there was no bed sheets nor towels for the fifth one. As we checked in late at night we had an issue to call the host to bring the sheets. Towels should be brought by the cleaning lady in the next morning, but apparently she had forgotten. So, I had to call back again. But when towels did arrive they came with sparkling wine + a "Eastern Cake" (nice touch!). Other REALLY annoying problem is the internet access, the speeds are very low (22MB for downloads and ONLY 2MB for uploads). Due to to my line of work I had to upload several hundreds of MBs every day, and it made me stay up till 2AM. So, if Internet access is a must for you too, consider this. Also, I was not able to turn the air conditioning / heating on. So, a little written guide/material would be appreciated.

NO AIR-CONDITIONING! Apartment at 37 degree Celsius at all times. Sweating in the apartment and impossible to sleep! They make the tenants dispose different garbage on different days, take care of the recycling, wash the dishes and other apartment maintenance. No service what so ever. The WiFi constantly got disconnected.

Great place and location to enjoy everything lake Como has to offer

Comfortable 2 bedroom , 2 bathroom apt. Fully furnished with everything you need incl. dishwasher, washing machine Nice balcony with spectacular view over lake and a copy of Villa Gaeta Very close to shore to enjoy a swim in lake

Nice location and clean

Nice apartment, parking and good view across the lake, everything you need , apart from air con . Wifi didnt work, but that is not what we needed.

Nice apartment but no air con, so being it was 33 degrees when we stayed we had the windows open and fans on. The midges and mosi's loved it !
