Lovely peaceful apartment with a terrace in a small town close to ferry and main Lake Como towns.

We (husband/wife and adult son) stayed for 2 nights, and we loved it. The location of the apartment was wonderful for us. It is not in the main tourist cities but it's near the ferry that will take you there. The apartment is located partially up a hill with a walkway directly outside the terrace that leads you down to the lake within a minute or two. The apartment was comfortable and had the added bonus of a washing machine. There is no air conditioning, and it was very hot out, but because of the location, we had open windows with a breeze that cooled it down at night so it was fine. The owners are close, and we did not need to ask for anything, but it's nice to know they are there if needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The only possible downside is that if you have a car, while there is parking very close to the apartment for free, it is very tight and better for small cars/SUVs. We had a wagon that is a little longer, and we were lucky there was 1 spot that fit it. Once we parked, we did not use the car because we were concerned that we might not find a large enough spot on our return. I think that this was OK because we just used the ferry to go between towns and it worked very well.

Great apartment - Perfect position

it’s a fabulous apartment. So close to every. Everything is provided. So comfortable. The host checked in via message every evening to see if everything was OK. Even adjusted the heating for us on a particularly cold evening. Free street parking. Definitely a great place to explore Lake Como.

Peaceful and cozy apartment near the lake, transport and other facilities.

One of my favourite place. Authentic, nice apartment fully equipped with all you need in kitchen, bathroom and in general during your stay. Peaceful neighborhood, amazing terrace to relax. Bus stop, restaurant, bar and the lake are in 200 meters.

Perfect place to enjoy Lake Como from, I would stay again!

The perfect place for my stay at Lake Como, with incredible access to surrounding towns like Tremezzo. The apartment is private and cosy, with a well stocked kitchen, huge bathroom, comfortable bed and beautiful patio area. a great local bar and restaurant just 100m down the road and the c10 leaves from there too. Cinzia was so helpful. grazie

check out time was at 1000 and was not flexible with being able to leave luggage NEEDS additional fan in family area where 2nd bed is located - very warm during our stay.

Highly recommended

I loved how clean the house was and it had all the facilities we needed for our stay there, e.g. coffee machine, Delph, pots and pans, towels, hair dryer, clothes hangers. Cinzi was extremely helpful. She gave us any advice and information we needed before and during the trip via WhatsApp. She left lots of useful information cards in the house about walks and restaurants, which we found really useful. The house is in a lovely quiet area, just over one kilometre walk from the hydrofoil and a 2/3 minute walk from the C10 bus stops, going to/from Menaggio and Como and from the bar that sells the bus tickets.

It is a very nice place to stay. A lot of value for money.

It is a great place to stay at like como. I’ve been there three times and liked this the most. The appartment is retro styled. The kitchen is percect to cook some meals if you want to cook for yourselfs. It was very clean. The hosts are very kind and helpfull. The outdoor space is nice to relax and eat. And the location is perfect. A 3 minute walk from the beach and near the central road from the lake.

A very charming location and a great host! Old world charm; no fancy modern interior but cosy place to stay on lake Como. Some might find it old-fashioned but we liked it very much. Nice small patio to sit outside and 3 minutes walk from lake and bar for breakfast.

Ho adorato tutto della struttura! L’ambiente è pulitissimo, curato nei minimi dettagli e molto accogliente. L’appartamento è completo di ogni comfort, la cucina è attrezzatissima e permette di cucinare come a casa propria. Il bagno è impeccabile, e il letto è davvero comodissimo: si dorme benissimo. Anche lo spazio esterno è molto utile e piacevole da vivere, perfetto per rilassarsi. La posizione è ideale: in una zona tranquilla ma al tempo stesso a soli 5 minuti a piedi dal Lago di Como, il che rende il soggiorno ancora più speciale. Era davvero tutto perfetto, non potevo chiedere di meglio!

Logement propre et fonctionnel. Il y avait le nécessaire alimentaire , accompagné d’une bouteille de bon vin pour débuter le séjour.

Décor intérieur un peu vieillot . Parking un peu éloigné du logement accessible par une route et chemin pentu.

alles vorhanden, was man braucht. die informationen bezüglich der anfahrt waren sehr hilfreich. die dame war sehr freundlich und hat uns auch mit informationen betreffend restaurants etc. versorgt.

20, resp. 30 € pro nacht für den hund finde ich überzogen. soviel dreck macht kein hund dieser welt.
