Cozy flat with a beautiful garden

The garden and the summer house in the garden were amazing surprises. Every room is filled with small details and warmth.

The electricity for the kitchen can be challenging when operating too many devices in the kitchen. Denise will instruct you accordingly.

Exceptional host + location + villa

The host was SO HELPFUL. She gave us so much information to assist with our stay. At the end our bus was full to go back to Como, she did everything she could to ensure we were on our way. Aside from that the house and garden are stunning, clean and quaint

The apartment was just steps from Lake Como in a quiet smaller town with mostly locals. It was beautiful, charming, well decorated, comfortable and very clean! Denise made us feel very welcomed! The location was very close to restaurants, a market, a very clean laundromat and even a bus stop. The kitchen was well equipped and so adorable! The outside gardens and courtyard were beautiful and exactly what you think of when you think of Italy.

Great place and lovely host!

This place is heaven to vintage lovers. If you're into modern places keep an open mind, even my kids found this place amazing and kept finding interesting spots in it. The garden is heavenly and Denise is a wonderful host. She assisted us a lot- all the way from maps, travel tips to booking places in restaurants.

Note the this is a very small village so you'll probably have to get into the car for dinner. Having said that, going to Lenno is a beautiful walk on the greenway and you can take the ferry from Lenno.

Super place, the garden was an absolute gem: larger than it seems on the pictures, with a bbq (incl supplies), an outside shower - all in all super relaxing and great atmosphere

Cosy stay close to Lenno

Great and accomodating host, great home-made cookies, nice garden, great restaurant next door, cosy appartment with a fireplace!

The 15min walk to/from Lenno (boat stop) are partly on a busy road.

The welcome by Denise was very good and friendly! We had a nice self prepared dinner , by Denise, the evening we arrived. The house and garden are very nice, clean and situated on the lake side.
