A great location overlooking Lake Como

The apartment was spacious, clean and in a great location overlooking Lake Como, with easy access to the surrounding mid-lake towns and villages via local boat or bus services. Communication from the owners was very good, and instructions were clear and easy to understand. We would consider our stay very good value for money and we hope to return in the future.

Nothing! The apartment does require a reasonable level of fitness as it's located a good 10 minutes walk up a steep hill from the Lake. However, this was known prior to booking and we appreciated the exercise on a daily basis

Worst host, not caring about people's health. Dirty kitchen + broken ventilation and humid rooms/beds

Dirty kitchen, non-functioning air system (underground rooms) full of humidity and smell. We had people with asthma and this was not taken care of They even wanted US to pay for something which was broken before arrival!

Family stay was more then perfect

View was amazing, apartments were nice and clean. In the kitchen you will find everything what you need. We definitly would love to stay there again if we be back to Tremezzo Irina was very helpful, we cant thank her enough for all tips, request, help. Our stay was amazing (we travelled 16 family members)

We had a fantastic stay and can’t fault it. Irina was a great host and was on hand for anything we may have required.

The view from the property is amazing. The apartment is fully equipped with everything that you need for your stay. The apartment is in a quiet residential area. It is 1 mile from the nearest boat port and the town. Walking is essential to get to the property, however, car hire would benefit most people. Tremezzo is a great location to visit lake Como.

The only thing we didn’t have was washing up liquid for dishes and a towel to dry them. However, there is a dishwasher.

Perfect apartment for a family of 5, in a beautiful location that made our holiday one to remember!

We absolutely loved our stay at Apartment Gli Ulivi - we visit this part of Lake Como every year and this is by far the best property we have stayed at. The apartment was super clean, the lay out was perfect for a family with 3 children as they slept on the lower floor which gave us some privacy. The pool is perfect and the view of the lack and beautiful location took my breath away. All you can hear is the chirping of birds while you lie by the pool and you can walk down to restaurants and shops and the local park with a great restaurant and small beach which is my favourite around the lake. The communication with the host was perfect, we had a late check out agreed and we will 100% be booking up for next year. Thank you so much for making our trip over simply perfect

overall very happy albeit tired from walking up the hill so much! definitely a property that would benefit from having a

very good access to pool. very comfy beds. spacious even for 6 persons and a baby. very well kitted out (eg wash machine and dishwasher etc.)

Ants getting into property. we had to block up access through the skirting at top of stairs. could do with more seating inside (we brought in chairs in from outside).

Spacious Enjoyable stay!

The Location was great! The pool was nice and spacious! Downstairs had air conditioning! Downstairs had a TV! Staff were nice and gave great recommendations for things to do! Washing machine, oven and dishwasher included!

No air conditioning in upstairs bedroom! Overwhelming smell of fertiliser when you walked up the steps to the sun beds and pool! No washing up liquid and no tea towels! Clock not working! Tea, coffee, milk, salt and pepper could be an improvement!

A good base, probably need a car.

More space inside than we expected. Pool seemed clean. Washing machine. Good view from the little terrace. Plenty of space to sit outside. Being able to rent adjacent apartments for a larger group. The property and fittings were quite new.

Views from the other rooms. Basement bedrooms were underground, with windows opening onto a small space under a grill. Bedroom on the upper level had a restricted view. Not much prep space in the kitchen, for example to leave the kettle out. The furniture was mainly in good condition, but bedroom storage was flimsy. It's a steep walk up from the lakeside of about 1km.

without a car it is a long steep walk uphill and downhill. So, you need to be very fit or have a vehicle for easy access

rooms were spacious, some what clean, all necessary utensils were present in kitchen. Swimming pool was also fun to have.

The Sofa in the bed room which we didn’t even need was full of dust. Check in time was 1600 which I personally think was very late.

Lake Como appartment

Well proportioned rooms, 2 decent bathrooms and 3 comfortable bedrooms. Kitchen dining area links to outside terrace. Plenty of seating. The lake is a 10 minute walk and there are many good restaurants.

Fin och relativ modern lägenhet. Fin uteplats. Bra med tillgång till pool! Bra luftkonditionering. Lätt att hitta parkering. Bra sängar.

Lite skavanker på inredning och i köket. Lite svartmögel i taket på badrummet i källaren. Lyhört mot grannlägenheten. Inga påslakan, bara filt och lakan som vikts om varandra.

Uns hat sehr gut gefallen. Es gab ein paar Kleinigkeiten aber man konnte mit der Vermieterin sofort regeln.

Ein paar Geschirr waren nicht ganz sauber versorgt. Die Vermieterin wurde sofort informiert und sie hat darum gekümmert.

Fijne vakantie gehad aan het Comomeer.

Mooie locatie. Fijn zwembad. Fijn dat er airconditioning en een vaatwasser was. Snelle reactie van de host. Bovenste verdieping van het appartement was prima en netjes.

De slaapkamers en badkamer in de kelder vonden we echt niet fijn. Het was er vochtig en de lakens voelde heel klam aan. Badkamer in de kelder hebben we niet gebruikt, was echt niet fris en schimmel op het plafond. Is aan een opknapbeurt toe. Helaas geen horren voor het raam. Op een plek met zoveel insecten en salamanders moet je wel horren voor het raam hebben. Er zat een grote salamander op ons bed. De rest van de vakantie hebben we de ramen maar dicht gehouden, waardoor het toch wel wat benauwd was ‘nachts.

Het was een fantastisch verblijf!

Het appartement was heel ruim. Zeer goeie ligging. Alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Groot zwembad en genoeg parking. Het contact met de host verliep heel vlot. Het was ook een rustige omgeving.

Misschien de privacy tussen de verschillende appartementen en dat we niet konden buiten zitten om te eten. Maar de keuken was wel ruim genoeg dus niet zo erg.

Ruim appartement met 3 slaapkamers, ideaal voor 4 of 5 personen. 2 badkamers ook praktisch. Mooi zwembad met groot lig en speelterrein. Plaatsje Tremezzo goede locatie. Locatie appartement wel 10min lopen.

Buiten terras geen eettafel en direct aangesloten op buren aan beide kanten. Geen privacy. En rook overlast buren. Gordijnen lichtdoorlatend.

Dette stedet anbefaler vi ikke. Da vi kom var det mye søppel som stod på utsiden ved siden av leiligheten. Det lå eggeskall, sigarettsneiper, og annen søppel på terrassen, masse fluer i leiligheten. Det var dårlig rengjort og Internett fungerte ikke. Bassenget var slitent og ikke innbydende. Bråk utenfor på kvelden/ natten. Utleier skulle komme men møtte ikke opp. Vi hadde bestilt to netter men dro etter første natt.

Комнаты, которые были внизу, находились в подвальном помещении. Немного присутствовал запах сырости, но зато там было не жарко. В нижних комнатах вообще не ловил интернет.

Op het toilet zit je niet echt privé, er hangt een dunne vitrage, ook over de toiletrol. Je moet het gordijn dus aan de kant schuiven om erbij te kunnen maar dan zit je zelf te kijk…

Na zdjęciach widzimy duża ilość apartamentów, ale żadne z nich nie pokazuje że 2 sypialnie znajdują się w piwnicy . Patrząc po opisie i zdjęciach możemy się zasugerować ze do dyspozycji mamy apartament z balkonem W obydwu sypialniach znajdujacych się w piwnicy było zimno i bardzo wilgotno ,a klimatyzacja która była na parterze nie nadawała się do użytku gdyż strasznie śmierdziała

Schön gelegen. Großer Pool.

Unter den Betten alles voller Hundehaare. Küchenausstattung dürftig... kein Schneidebrett, Toaster Schrott ... sehr hellhörig. Und draußen sitzt man quasi beim Nachbarn mit am Tisch. Hier fehlt eine Trennwand oder sichtschutz.
