Buenas ubicación buenas vistas tres habitaciones con dos baños completos y cocina completa.Lavadora y lavavajillasTerraza con mobiliario.Bastante amplio.Tele en 2 habitaciones y salón.
Se nota que pasa mucha gente por el apartamento.Le falta el aire acondicionado a cambio hay ventiladores en las habitaciones.La cocina le falta hacerle una limpieza más profunda.Hay algunas cosillas por arreglar.En general bien

bad small in one of the bathrooms, generally not happy with cleanness. Some small repairs would be in order.

It was exactly as billed, well appointed and clean
Very minor, it would benefit from Air conditioning. It was not advertised as with Air con, so this is not a complaint at all.

Ruim appartement, mooi verwarmd zwembad en privé parking onder het gebouw.3 Grote tvs in het appartement.Ruim Terras
Matige wifi, indien bewoond door 6 personen heel beperkte keuken inventaris( borden/ glazen enz)Zitbank in woonkamer compleet versleten, zakt helemaal in.Veel achterstallig onderhoud in het appartement;Kapotte tegels, losse plinten, deurkaders los en scheuren in de muur.Onaangename geurtjes in de badkamers.
