Club Paraiso

The existing reviews do not do justice to how lovely this apartment is. We had an excellent stay and would happily rate it 10/10. The apartment has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and was spotlessly clean throughout. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable, and there was air conditioning in the living room as well as in both bedrooms. The view from the 16th floor is amazing. The swimming pool was definitely one of the highlights of our stay. It is beautiful, extremely clean and very well maintained. There is also a small poolside bar and plenty of sun loungers—we never had to struggle to find one. As the building is also residential, the pool was surprisingly peaceful and never overcrowded, even during peak season. Most days, there were only two or three families using it, so we could relax and enjoy it comfortably. From our 16th-floor apartment, we could see the nearby Hard Rock Hotel pool packed with people, while our pool remained wonderfully quiet. The entire apartment building is exceptionally neat, clean and well maintained. People returned from the pool every day, yet we never saw water left in the lifts, corridors or communal areas. Everything was kept spotlessly clean at all times. We experienced an electrical issue during the first couple of days, but it was handled extremely well. A special shout-out to Vincent, who was incredibly helpful and responsive. Whenever we messaged him, he came promptly to investigate and resolve the problem. He continued helping us until everything was completely sorted. The staff were genuinely kind and accommodating. The location is another major advantage. Restaurants are literally on your doorstep, and there is a 24-hour shop and a small HiperDino practically underneath the building. Everyday essentials are only a minute away. The large shopping centre is approximately a seven-minute walk from the apartment and has plenty of shops and other facilities. The beach is also within walking distance.

Las vacaciones fueron perfectas. Nos encantó la ubicación del alojamiento, con servicios y restaurantes a pie de calle justo al salir del apartamento, la decoración con gusto, la limpieza del apartamento y lo nuevo que estaba todo. Aunque nosotros no cocinamos, tenía todo lo necesario para desayunar y cocinar con todos los electrodomésticos nuevos. Además, el apartamento era dos dormitorios bien distribuido con aire acondicionado en todas las habitaciones y con una vista preciosa hacia el mar, ya que estaba situada en el último piso, con una bonita terraza para desayunar, almorzar o a tomar una copa de vino. También dispone de unas piscinas muy bonitas y espaciosas, perfectas para los niños y unas vacaciones en familia. Agradecemos también la atención prestada de Vicente y de Marta que nos ayudaron en cualquier cosa que necesitamos. Así que si quieres visitar Tenerife o ir al Siam Park como era nuestro caso con nuestras hijas, sin duda este sitio es ideal. Sin duda, volveremos la próxima vez que vayamos a Tenerife! Gracias!
