The appartement is very nice, modern, well equipped, clean, Kitchen is nice, balcony is nice, bedroom with window is nice.
Property have very nice view to the sea and it has a very central location, there are many bars, restaurants on the street and the grocery is open every day until late night and you can cook and fry a pizza in the owen.
Tenerife - exceeded all my expectations even in mid-March when it was windy and very stormy and rainy.
#1 Parking: finding a parking spot inside the buildings yard was impossible. Many people live in the building of 16 floors /~200-240 flats and ~30 parking places. Mission impossible to find a place inside.
The street nearby is also full with parking cars, but luckily it is free, and we could find a place every night, but we had to walk 300-500m from the property. If we had luggage, we went in the gate, placed the luggage and the driver went to find a parking place on the street, So parking is a pain.
#2 bed: for me the bed was too springy, narrow and the pillows were too hard and too big.
#3 second room: it does not have a window. Offers excellent sleeping in the dark.
Let these not disappoint you - the appartement is a good choice, you will feel very good here!
