Everything was great. Maybe... little bit was difficult to park the car in the yard, but.. it is possible to adapt to it :-). We loved.

The apartment is clean and big enough for a family of 4 people. The owner was very attentive and careful, we were provided with all necessary information in advance and were allowed to check out at 15:00. The ocean view is just breathtaking. It is very close to the local beach (about 300-400 meters), which we loved because it is small, not crowded with big rocks to explore and without big waves. We also liked how the apartment is situated - it is very close to big supermarkets (Mercadona and Hiper Dino), to Galeon Outlet - about 5-7km and close to Costa Adeje - about 5-7 km as well. Of course, it is better to have a car because there is not much to do in Playa Paraiso. Beds are comfortable, the kitchen is well-equipped, the bathroom has been recently renovated.
Don't forget that there is no Wi-Fi in the apartment and towels are not provided.
The only thing we didn't like much is the lack of cleaning products, such as dishwashing liquid, washing powder, garbage bags, etc. We didn't find any soap or shampoo, there was only one toilet paper roll, no salt, sugar, coffee or tea. Be aware to spend some money on these products on arriving.
Despite of this we would definetely stay in this apartment again.

The apartment is very nice and quiet. The view from the 10th floor is nice.
The contact with the owner was easy and fluent.
The apartment is exactly as its shows in the photo so no surprises.
The swimming pools are very nice and often we were almost alone. Just perfect when you want to relax.
It's a quiet area.

Nice apartment on a great location. Lovely view from the balcoy!
It was clean and cosy. Nice swimmingpools. We rented a car to explore
the island. The location is of the apartment is a perfect base for that.
