Nice 2 bedroom apartment located in a great location in Las Americas. This beautiful and bright apartment has a private entrance from the street with a large front terrace, a second rear terrace with views and direct access to the pool, dining area and barbecue.
In the living room it has a sofa bed, flat TV, dining room and bar. The kitchen is semi-independent but with an American bar and part open to the living room. This is fully equipped with everything you need.
The main bedroom has a double bed and large wardrobes. The second bedroom has two single beds. They are both very bright. The complete and renovated bathroom has a shower and natural light.
This apartment is ideal for families or groups of friends who want to be in a good area from where you can walk to the promenade and the nearby beaches. It has a shopping area, supermarket and a wide variety of shops and services a few meters away.

Position of apartment at Palo Blanco very good, excellent pool, inside and outside of apartment easily cleaned. Plenty of room for clothing, i.e. hanging garments, drawers aplenty. A slight drawback was the back door it probably had water damage because it was hard to close/open, and a minor fault was the parasol. Apart from that Excellent apartment.
