Location, private parking, cleanliness, pool, surroundings, equipment, communication and host.
Few cosmetic issues in the apartments, like some tiles in the bathroom not being fixed properly, but this is very minor. Otherwise it is well equipped as mentioned.

Destaca la ubicación, residencial tranquilo, piscina muy agradable, hay buenos enlaces con carreteras y con un centro comercial al que se puede ir andando, y puedes tener todo lo necesario.
El apartamento necesita reparar varias cosas rotas, que distan mucho de las imágenes de las fotos. Además de necesitar una buena limpieza profunda.

La piscina climatizada y la plaza de garaje
Hacía mucho calor en el apartamento y eso que tenía ventilador. El wifi no funcionaba, vino un técnico y no pudo repararlo. En la piscina no había sombrillas y el mando del ventilador de una habitación no funcionaba. En el salón no se podía apagar la luz y dejar solo el ventilador. En las fotos parecía que era de más dimensiones el apartamento y el personal tardaba en contestar para solucionar las averías, quedaron en volver al día siguiente para reparar el wifi y no volvieron.
