Premium Paradise Stay - Balcony Sea & Pool Views - Top Rated

Alfonso's communication before we got there was excellent, and on arrival he was keen to ensure we settled in well. The apartment is well located, Paraiso being a quieter location than Adeje, Americanos, Christianos etc, but still near the TF1 highway to get around. The apartment was spotless, comfortable, and with everything we needed. Parking in Paraiso is at a premium, so Alfonso's offer of a space in the apartment's underground car park (at great value) is well worth it - so glad we booked the space, and that is definitely a top tip if you stay here - it'll save you a lot of grief!

The *only* flaw (and outside of Alfonso's control!) is that the balcony currently overlooks a building site - but there is building happening all over southern Tenerife, so maybe that's unavoidable. That said, the building work did not interrupt our holiday as we were out at the beach or exploring during work hours.

We just came back from our holiday at this property. What a wonderful time we had! Everything was absolutely perfect from the moment we booked it until the moment we’ve left. Special shout out to Alfonso who is absolutely brilliant! Property itself has all what you needed. Close to the shops, fully equipped with all kitchen appliances and very important for us was to have a washing machine ( if you have kids coming after long day at Siam Park or the beaches the you would be so grateful for it ! 🤣trust me on this 🤣 ) overall very specious apartment- highly recommend.
