clean and spacious apartment
1. exorbitant pricing (price per night as a 5* hotel, but no breakfast, no dinner);
2. advertised as with sea view; in fact, only partial sea view;
3. sub-optimal location; no good beach nearby; huge block of apartments with 500+ neighbours.
