About this apartment rental
Excellent new bungalow with a sunny terrace recommended for up to 6 adults, with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning, international channels, TV in several languages, WIFI and parking in private luxury urbanization (with security) in the middle of Paradise Beach, few meters from the sea and with views of the island of La Gomera.
It is distributed on a single ground floor, without stairs, ideal for children and adults.
The apartment is fully equipped for 6 adults (maximum occupancy). It has 3 bedrooms with 2 double beds, 1 single bed that can be converted into a double bed and a large sofa bed in the living room. Two bathrooms with shower and bathtub. It has two TV with USB, DVD, WIFI, safe, iron, washing machine, kitchen with dishwasher, micro and all appliances. Sets of towels, sheets and all amenities to make the stay unbeatable.
Parking for one car
The complex has 4 swimming pools, 3 swimming pools for adults, connected by waterfalls, one of them heated and another one for children. It has sun loungers and parasols for sunbathing comfortably.
A Bar-Restaurant where you can enjoy refreshments, meals and cocktails while sunbathing. Exotic gardens, WI-FI area in the social area (and in the apartment), games room, billiards, table football and ping pong, are some of the facilities and entertainment available in the complex.
Night watchman and security cameras throughout the complex, you can sleep in complete safety.
We have a good service to assist our guests and solve all the problems and doubts they may have during their stay. Anything you want can ask for it and you will be satisfied.
The complex is in a quiet area in the south of Tenerife. A five minute walk from three small coves, supermarkets and cafes, just 5 minutes by car from the paradisiacal beaches of southern Tenerife (Playa del Duque, Playa de Fañabe, Playa de las Americas, Playa de los Cristianos).
Around the apartment you will find shops of first necessity bars and restaurants. Golf course very close and just 10 kilometers away, you will find the largest water park in Europe, the Siam Park. At only 300 m you will find a diving school where you can start or practice this exciting sport

Beautiful apartment.

The acc was great just what we wanted. Everything worked and the acc was spotless considering the island had just been hit by a massive sand storm 48hrs prior to our arrival. The pool bar/ restaurant is a hidden gem .The staff and food were excellent. We will be returning again .

The complex is lovely and the food at the pool restaurant is fantastic. Irene looked after us so well and the location of the apartment is really good. The apartment has everything you need however it could do with refreshing up, mainly with the beds they are very very flimsy and incredibly squeaky which didn’t always make for the best nights sleep. However I would definitely come back here.
