Excellent Bungalow for 6 people with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and parking in private luxury urbanization (with security) in the heart of Playa Paraíso.
The apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay of 6 people. It has 2 rooms with 2 double beds, one room with double bed and living room with sofa bed. Two bathrooms with shower and hot tub. How much with WIFI, TV, satellite (international channels), iron, washing machine, kitchen with dishwasher, micro and all appliances. Sets of towels, sheets and all the amenities to make the stay unbeatable.
It has 1 great terrace with table and chairs to eat and hammocks. The main terrace is 46m2 and has all the privacy and equipment for the enjoyment of life abroad.
The complex covers the expectations of a luxury urbanization. It has a large pool space with 4 swimming pools, one of them heated and one for children. The pool area has a lot of sun beds and has a bar where you can enjoy refreshments and meals while enjoying the sun. Gardens, WI-FI area, games room and ping pong are some of the facilities that the urbanization has that is completely closed and with night security guard service.
The urbanization is located 5 minutes walk from 2 great beaches, golf course and with bus services to Adeje.
Extra Services: Cleaning service - € 20 per service (2 hours of cleaning). Includes cleaning of bathrooms, beds, scrubbing and trash change. Does not include dishwashing. € 10 per additional hour // Change of towels - € 10 per change. They include all the towels in the house.
The complex has 4 swimming pools, 3 swimming pools for adults, connected by waterfalls, one of them heated and another for children. It has sun loungers and umbrellas for sunbathing comfortably.
A Bar-Restaurant where you can enjoy refreshments, meals and cocktails while sunbathing. Exotic Gardens, WI-FI area in the social area (and in the apartment), games room, billiards, table football and ping pong, are some of the facilities and entertainment available to the complex.
Night watchman and security cameras throughout the complex, you can sleep safely.

Around the apartment you can find shops of first necessity bars and restaurants. Golf course very close and just 10 kilometers away, you will find the largest water park in Europe, the Siam Park. Just 300 meters away you will find a diving school where you can start or practice this exciting sport

Fabulous property, everything you could need for self catering apartment. On a lovely complex, great pool, the pool snack bar was fantastic! Quieter area, couple of shops within walking distance up the hill, some great restaurants at the bottom of the hill. Easy to drive to the busier areas of Costa Adeje - I personally loved that we were staying in a quieter part! Easy to drive to attractions, waterparks, go karting, beaches etc. Loved it!

I stayed for 14 days with two of my friend's and our wife's. If you're looking for a quiet place with great pool area then this is a good choice. If you're looking for 4 or 5 star accommodation I would keep looking. The accommodation is very secure and nice but the apartment we stayed in could use some face-lift, the showers were a bit worn-out and the sofa in the living room was not good. Apart from that it was ok.

We loved it! Apartment was lovely and spacious, comfy and clean.
Communication through the property manager was excellent and she even helped us order a taxi when our attempt failed!
The apartment complex was fantastic with an amazing pool bar / restaurant which serves very nice food, cocktails, etc - all at a very reasonable price. The apartment was only 60 seconds from the pool and bar area.
I would definitely return here again!

Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub, aber der Strand war nicht zehn Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben deshalb einen Auto gemietet.
Abends gab es relativ laute Musik bis etwa 23:00 Uhr
