Pleasant apartment block with access to private terrace upstairs

The washing machine was rusty and was missing an important piece. No detergent. The tap in kitchen was very loose.

Overall, our family really enjoyed our stay at this property. We would happily stay there again.

The location was extremely good. It's close to a lot of important places, even walking around one can easily reach Paseo de la Reforma, and even Zocalo. The Alameda Central is literally a five minute walk away. Mexico city has so much to offer and the location of this property is in the middle of it all! 24 Hour security is also very much appreciated. The host was responsive and helpful.

We didn't love the mattresses, they weren't the most comfortable. The apartment also has a musky smell from humidity, but I think this is very common, nothing that can't be resolved by opening up windows and letting in fresh air into the space.

El departamento supero nuestras expectativas, es muy acogedor, cuenta con todo lo necesario y la ubicación es excelente. además es sumamente tranquilo y cuenta con una bonita terraza igual de tranquila.

En la esquina de la cuadra están haciendo remodelación de la calle y de noche era difícil pasar por ahí a oscuras, pero es ajeno al hospedaje

Sin desayuno. La ubicación estaba muy bien

Las cerraduras de los cuartos descompuesta. La regadera fallaba mucho. La secadora no secaba. Y el Internet nunca funcionó. Y el cable de los canales no servía. Y reserve uno con balcón y no teníamos balcon

Internet muy lento y a cada rato se iba. La manija del baño estaba descompuesta y quedé encerrada pero mu cuñado la arreglo y ya se solucionó. Muy limitado rollo de papel y bolsas para la basura. A la chica que nos recibió se le cayó el ventilador de la recamara gde y ya no sirviò.
