Comfortable and nice room near the WTC in an excellent location.

It’s a small apartment shared with other guests (there are three bedrooms available for rent), very quiet with no outside noise—ideal for relaxing and/or working from home. The kitchen is fully equipped with basic utensils, plates, glasses, and mugs, silverware, pots and pans, a microwave, a coffee maker, bottled water, a refrigerator, a stove, and a breakfast bar. We have an iron.
There is no living room, but there is a cozy inner courtyard filled with plants—perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a delicious cup of tea in the afternoon and chatting with the other guests. The internet is high-speed. Although the bathroom is shared, it’s always spotless.
The bedroom is 16 square meters; the bed is a very comfortable double, and the room features a flat-screen TV with Roku, a desk, and space to hang your clothes. We provide towels, bedding, an extra blanket for cold nights, a fan, toilet paper, shampoo, and soap, which is available in a dispenser in the shower area.
The area is incredible, full of restaurants serving national and international cuisine to suit all tastes and budgets. We have many supermarkets (the closest one is half a block away), 24-hour convenience stores, cafes, pharmacies, various shops, a small market with fresh and affordable produce, banks, metered taxis, and public transportation at the corners, parks where you can exercise and connect with nature, a church, and it’s no more than a 10-minute walk from the WTC—we’re just five short blocks from Insurgentes Avenue, where you’ll find casinos and plenty of other entertainment options for dancing, singing, and watching shows! The area is actually quite safe and quiet, with frequent security patrols since it’s a banking district.
