The artwork was nice.

The “host” included pictures of at least three different apartments he offers, and doesn’t mention the doing area and living room area with the blue couches are in a common area, and not in the apartment itself. Under the water damaged wood floors that are bucking one can hear sewage water running under the building All. Night. Long. Also, there’s a water pump installed somewhere in the concrete walls that vibrates the walls of the dark cell you’ll be inhabiting. The exhaust fan in the bathroom outlets into the stairwell. It’s amazing that two small windows that don’t allow much light in the daytime hours can allow so much streetlight in at night. Even with the curtains shut the bright street lights invade the room and the traffic noise was enough for me to leave after the first night and forfeit my monies, with ZERO regrets. This “host” spent more time talking about himself, and his professional endeavors, in his bio than accurately listing his apartment which would have been a red flag had I read it first. This place would be better served reconverting it back to the basement storage room it once was.
