The location, cleanliness of rooms, gardens, pool areas . All very well maintained and the housekeeping and gardening staff all very pleasant. The food was very good and the entertainment and activities staff were above and beyond pleasant, energetic and engaging.
Nothing except as a tea drinker the lack of milk at the machines was a mystery.

Would have preferred a double bed in double room instead of 2 single beds pushed together

Rooms were nice and big, breakfast was lovely, beautiful hotel!
Shame about the staff, would not recommend.
Got given 3 different room keys until it worked so took 1 hour to check in and get to my room.
When I went for breakfast I got told that it was not open yet and they told me to go to the bar and I could get a coffee there.
The guy serving coffee there was really rude to me and he made me feel like I shouldn’t be there.

Staff were very good. Hotel was very clean
No room round pool between sunbeds. Unless you went for your evening meal at opening time there was no where to sit once you had eaten. Food wasn’t great.
