Location perfect for Lanza. Especially if renting bikes as bike motion is next door (who are amazing)
I would upgrade to a beach view / bigger apartment next time otherwise you are all around the pool

The pool was heated, the staff were nice! Location is good but still about 15-20 minutes walk from the buzz! There are shops and restaurants close by and a beautiful beach across the road! The appartment was good size, had everything you needed! It was clean but it was not cleaned regularly while we were there!
The noise, early morning, dragging trolleys up and down right under our window- we were there to rest and sleep well!
The rooms were only cleaned very rarely, we stayed 9 nights, the room was cleaned 2 times! I didn’t needed the beds to be changed but they should empty the bins, clean the floors, change towels if needed at least every 2nd day!
Charging for beach towels, seriously 😟 €2 a day or €8 for a week, but if you choose the weekly one you were not allowed to change it for a clean one during the week!
In a holiday resort, where people stay out late, drink, enjoy themselves , CHECKOUT at 10am, I think it’s really unacceptable!
I don’t know what criteria is needed to be a 4 star, but it is disappointing !
