Clean, spacious, large balcony pretty close to beach, , good food at lunch and breakfast, dinner not so good one choice of meat usually chicken !
Staff hit and miss! Reception staff nice , activities nice, awful attitude from some staff Especially in restaurants, no smiling, no customer service! Not interested except getting you in and out, and wow betide if you are a few mins late finishing meal ! Shout finish ! Finish ! Spoilt my holiday completely ! Don’t go the extra mile at all ! Shame as great hotel ! Not at all enough sun-beds around pools ! Ran out of proseco on 2 nights in all inclusive ! Not enough seats in bars and entertainment area! So had to stand all night !! Little things let it down !!

Friendly staff
Property a bit yesterday,can be more clean.No remote control for air conditioners,at night time was a bit cold to sleep.But we got extra blankets from reception.Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Location was ok for Matagorda
AI food choice and quality was terrible. Worst I have ever experienced in any AI hotel in many holiday destinations. Also people picking food with their hands when tongs are available. I even witnessed staff handling bread with their hands as well. Ate out most nights after first few experiences of restaurant. Breakfast not bad.
Wristbands removed at time of checkout so no access to AI facilities. Never been told this before when having a late flight.
Room faced onto loading bay which was noisy from about 5:30am in the morning. Most other rooms had decent views.
