La ubicación es maravillosa, bus en la puerta o a 2 minutos, el metro cerca y el Coliseo a 5 minutos a pie.

No había casi de nada en la casa, no había estropajos, había muy poco lavavajillas y detergente para media lavadora

The accommodation is great. It's in a fantastic location, close to the colosseum. The facilities, bed, shower, laundry are great.

The check in time was approved on booking.com 36 hours before the check in day. The hosts then messaged multiple times to confirm the check in time, despite already approving it, this was a bit confusing. We agreed with the host to check-in 30 minutes later than originally agreed to suit their availability (this was fine). On the day of check in, we waited almost 40 minutes in 36 degree heat outside the apartment because the collaborator (the person who let us in the apartment) was running late from another check in. This was a bit poor when we had already agreed to check in later. Once the collaborator arrived, they struggled to open the door of the apartment for 10 minutes. We all had ago at trying to open the door, and eventually we managed to open it. We performed a door test to ensure we could open the door unassisted, this was a first! The apartment itself is very nice and was a lovely place to stay for our trip in Rome. The A/C in the living room didn't work but worked fine in the bedroom. It is pretty loud in the bedroom from the A/C and the street below but we were so tired each day it didn't affect our sleep. Also I believe the WIFI password needs updating in the booklet. The major problem for us for the first couple of days was getting in and out of the apartment as the keys/locks were temperamental. If the check in experience and door locks were improved it would make the apartment even better! Thank you
