La vista dalle fineste e chiusa, ma per chi vuole utilizzarlo per punto di appoggio per visitare Roma è perfetto.

The location was amazing, about 3-5 minutes from the Colosseum. Easy access to restaurants. Easy walk to major sites.

The noise was loud, other apartments were extremely noisy, door locks, dogs barking etc. Not much TV/poor quality TV, not a lot of extras. Definitely not a 'hotel' like experience. We requested an early check in, but were denied, and it looked like the place had been available for a while. They then forgot to send check in instructions until we asked, causng us to sit in the hallway for a while. Flexibility would have been nice.

Great location in terms of visiting Rome. Close to the Colosseum and to all the public transport stops. Bar and restaurants close by are really good and at a really short distance. The apartment is clean and practical. The beds are comfy.

Unfortunately, there is no parking spot close or under the apartment. And the parking that is just 5' away is not safe at all. My car window was smashed on the first night, even if there was nothing in the car. Because of the smashed window, I had to put the car in a private garage nearby for 45 euros per day. When I arrived, I asked the host if parking there was safe, he didn't reply immediately, and when he did, he said it was. When in fact, it was not. During our stay I asked around and found out that the window smashing is actually pretty common. I was told that on the hill just above the parking and at 5' walk from the house, is a spot where drug dealers and users meet. So actually by night the apartment is not in the safest location. So if you plan on staying in the apartment, don't come by car and if you do, be ready to spend around 40-50 euros per day to have your car in a safe spot.
