Fabulous apartment with everything you need. Air con, kitchen appliances, washing machine and lovely and roomy.

Property was perfect. The cleaning service was a bit chaotic, but I think they were just super busy.

У нас произошла неприятная ситуация со светом.. в ночь перед отъездом выключился свет в апартаментах и мы не смогли его включить. Наш отъезд был запланирован на 5 утра и конечно мы собирались в темноте, что было очень непросто. Связаться с помощником хозяина получилось , но решить проблему он не смог. С хозяином смогли связаться только на следующий день. Понимаем, что были праздники, возможно поэтому так получилось , но все же цена за каждую ночь была высокая и поэтому мы ожидали, что этот вопрос решится оперативно.

Photos of the apartment listed on Booking.com were genuine and accurate. The beds, both the queen bed in the bedroom and the sofa bed in the living room, were extremely comfortable. The shower water pressure and temperature were excellent, especially for both my wife and daughter who have long hair and need strong shower water pressure to wash their hair.

1. Upon arriving by taxi at 5 p.m., we had to wait outside the apartment building for almost 30 minutes before we were allowed to enter because the apartment provided to us was not ready. We were allowed to leave our luggage in the apartment until the cleaning company arrived to clean. We were not planning to do anything upon arrival, but we had no choice to wait until almost 6:30 p.m. for the apartment to be ready. 2. My wife and I were extremely upset because when I booked the reservation four months ago (December 5, 2024), I specifically asked if the apartment was on the ground floor (lower level), and if not, did the building have an elevator. I was specifically told, “The apartment is located at the second floor but the stairs are large and easy.” The apartment given to us was on the third floor and very difficult for my wife to deal with. She had major back surgery several years ago and we try to avoid staying in places where she must walk so many stairs. I do not accept an apartment higher than a second-floor level. 3. There were issues with the toilet not flushing well at all. It took a MINIMUM of four (4) flushes for all the waste to go. It did not matter if it was waste & toilet paper, or just toilet paper, you had to flush a lot of times for the waste to go. In one situation, I had to flush almost 20 times for the waste to go since there was no available plunger to use. A plumber was eventually called to correct the problem the day before we check out of the apartment. 4. There is NO airport shuttle service available at all. I was told in December 2024 the shuttle driver quit and there was no service. I checked several times during the four months prior to arriving to see if the situation had changed, and it had not. So, I had to coordinate taxi service to and from Domus Anita Colosseum. I do not like the fact that airport shuttle service is still being advertised as part of this property highlight on Booking.com. This is false!
