It was perfect for me - friendly owner and friendly horses, dogs, cats and chickens....
As I had to travel alone, I would have preferred a lock on the door.

Nice location, clean, quiet, friendly host. The en suite room is a little small, but we knew that. It’s fine for a short stay.

The town of coldingham.
The unkempt garden … long grass, rotting fruit on steps, obtrusive branches and brambles over drive. unlocked front door. No keys to bedroom door. Debris on carpet - had not been vacuumed, old and sagging mattress, old bedding, poor state of wallpaper, especially around window. Bathroom too far away and down steps. General chaotic feel.
