Nightmare start

Location and parking

READ!! I really dont know where to start, so much to tell...I booked this apartment mainly because it had a yard, I thought it will be great for my 1 year old twins to run around. Upon arival to the place I noticed the foul smell,wasn't sure what it was. I walked into the bedroom and thought there was bugs on the bed but it was holes in the sheets!! The sheets were soo used they had multiple holes and little hard ruff balls on them,the pillowcases had broken zippers. I wanted to connect the beds but when I moved the bed there was huge chunks of dust like noone haven't vacum in months!! I grabbed the vacum and started vacuuming,the floor still looked dirty so I thought ok I just move the other bed... it was even worse on the other side!!! Besides the chunks of dust there was broken wood with nails sticking out from the headboard. There was even dust chunks on the bottom of the closet. Bathroom had a bottom cabinet that has been dirty inside and broken so it wasn't closing all the way, one handle on mirrored cabinet door was missing ,shower drain was dirty ,shower curtain had yellow stains and the walls was grimy, orange and black from the dirt,now I'm not sure if the black parts wasn't mold! The water in the shower was aighter scorching hot or freezing cold,no in between( it took my husband 2 days to figure out how to fix it but its fixed now,youre welcome) There was someone's leftover body wash still on the floor in the shower and beard shampoo by the sink. 2 towels, although reservation was for 4.There is a wash machine but you have to get your own detergent. Kitchen looked pretty clean on the outside but then I opened the dishwasher and found where the foil smell was coming from!! There was dirty dishes in it!! And no tabs to even start the wash!! 1 plate and 1 bowl had chips, the silverware and utensils that was in the drawer was disgustingly dirty,pots were dirty,the only thing clean was the frying pan.

Byliśmy z rodziną na koniec lipca jest na urlopie wybraliśmy sobie apartament ONE w Gorzowie wlkp.Bardzo przyjemny apartament . Elegancki dobrze wyposażony i pachnący apartament. Wszystko jest na miejscu Nawet jeśli chce się ugotować obiad, wszystko jest! Parking znajduje się tuż przy Apartamencie monitorowany. Super rzeczą jest także Ogródek który należy do apartamentu gdzie można sobie odpocząć na świeżym powietrzu Super rzeczą jest także Ogródek który należy do apartamentu gdzie można sobie odpocząć na świeżym powietrzu Herbata kawa cukier byliśmy bardzo Mile zaskoczeni . Przyjemny kontakt z właścicielem apartamentu. Bardzo dziękujemy .

Nie wrócimy tam na pewno

Parking bezpłatny przy obiekcie. Niestety pierwsze wrażenie zostało popsute przez wychodzące zza lustra w łazience prusaki.

Prusaki, o których właściciel chyba miał wiedzę, bo pozostawiono w obiekcie wydrukowane zasady korzystania z obiektu, w których nacisk był na kategoryczny zakaz pozostawiania śmieci. W rozmowie telefonicznej poinformowano właściciela o „mieszkańcach”, wysłano mu zdjęcie.

Niesmak do booking i brak zwrotu jeśli dane mieszkanie nie spełnia warunków umowy.

Zapach papierosów. Bardzo mocny zapach środków zapachowych. Chciałam zrezygnować z pobytu gdyż byliśmy z 9mc niemowlęciem. Jesteśmy odzwyczajeni od mocnych zapachów. Jestem bardzo wrażliwa na zapach papierosów (sama wynajmowałam apartamenty przez 7lat więc znam ten zapach bardzo dobrze). Niestety właścicielka powiedziała, że to nie papierosy i tyle. Nie zgodziła się na rezygnację. Dla mnie jest to nie do przyjęcia. Szafka w kuchni prawie spadła na głowę. Bardzo mi przykro z powodu braku możliwości rezygnacji i zachowania właściciela lokalu.

Parking przed mieszkanie

Mieszkanie brudne, śmierdzące, widać, że długo niesprzątane i właściciel ma gdzieś w jakim stanie oddaje do użytku. Brak szacunku do człowieka, który uczciwie płaci, a w zamian dostaje taki syf. Dla mnie skandal!!!

Pobyt krótki i udany (mimo drobnych niedociągnięć)

Dobra lokalizacja, nowoczesne wyposażenie obiektu, kontakt z gospodarzem, parking. Mimo widocznych już śladów eksploatacji apartamentu, zapewnia on wszystko co jest potrzebne do przyjemnego pobytu.

Brudny ekspres do kawy, nie był opróżniany od minimum kilku tygodni, bo warstwa pleśni w pojemniku na fusy była bardzo, bardzo gruba. Zasłonka w prysznicu wydaje się być zdecydowanie za krótka, przy korzystaniu z prysznica nieuniknione jest zachlapanie co najmniej połowy łazienki. Ale to są drobne mankamenty, w zasadzie do wyeliminowanie od ręki :-)
