Good amentities and Location

Close to the centre and to the river Nice deco and well equipped Nice bathroom Coffee tabs provided

Nicely arranged apartment but ‚abandoned‘ when it comes to cleaning. I could see it was not freshly cleaned.There were no bed sheet for the 3. person only blanket to sleep on (not everybody likes this). No clear info about wifi (had to ask)

*tv system almost impossible to operate...no Netflix! Bed very hard and rather narrow. Lighting in living room totally inadequate. Noisy neighbors..

Conveniently located, pet friendly with a balcony at a good price. Convenient self-check in although and highly responsive host.

The towels smelled a bit musty, there were ants inside (coming from the bathroom), and the bed was a bit uncomfortable with a noticable dip in the middle.

Lovely, well equipped apartment.

Communication was good and the apartment was easy to find and access with the information provided. There were lovely touches too - welcome drinks/biscuits left out on arrival and tea/coffee, spices etc in cupboard! Lidl was less than a 10 min walk so it was really easy to buy supplies.

Very nice apartment with modern decoration and furnishings. 2 mins walk from train station,2 mins to centre. Very good standard beds, excellent shower/bathroom. wifi was good, balcony was a bonus. Owners entry instructions where perfect and we had no need to contact during stay. Plenty of cooking utensils ,glasses/cups pots/pans. Hairdryer/iron/board all included and the place is fully equipped for any length of stay. My only complaint is we didn't stay long enough to enjoy to its full potential

Fajna miejscówka na krótki wypad

Lokal przyjemny, ładnie i nowocześnie urządzony, w kuchni dosłownie wszystko, co potrzebne + wielka łazienka z pralką. Blisko rynku i na weekend bezpłatny parking pod budynkiem.

Niestety nie było nam dane korzystać z balkonu przez gołębie. I to główny problem tego miejsca, bo nie dość że zostawiały odchody, to bardzo wcześnie budziły i uprzykrzały życie. Myślę, że siatka, jak u sąsiadów po drugiej stronie ulicy byłaby tu rozwiązaniem. Bywało też głośno przez ruch z ulicy.

Nie nocowaliśmy w apartamentach Teatralnych,ponieważ nastąpiła awaria. Pan właściciel szybko zareagował,stanął na wysokości zadania i zaproponował nam inny apartament,który w pełni spełnił nasze oczekiwania. Dziękujemy 😊

Sehr netter und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Zentrale und gut ausgestattete Wohnung.

Perfekte Lage, nette Einrichtung, Kaffee, Tee und sonstiges vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist wirklich sehr sehr nett, zuvorkommend und geht jederzeit ans Handy wenn es Probleme gibt!

Leider ist die Wohnung eher nichts für Menschen mit Angst vor Spinnen. Es waren viele Spinnen in der Wohnung die uns die Übernachtung schwer gemacht haben. Ich würde raten überall in der Wohnung Fliegengitter anzubringen.
