Lepiej zastanowić się czy chce się wynająć ten "apartament", proszę zwrócić uwagę na ukryte koszty w postaci kaucji 800 zł. Pani wpuszczająca do mieszkania powinna popracować nad komunikacją z klientem, ponieważ skutecznie odstrasza. Na pewno tam nie wrócimy. aha no i jest bezzwrotne odwołanie więc na pewno będzie strata.

I booked this apartment, which has two rooms. When the two of us checked in, the other room was occupied by a couple. Because it was too late that day, they could only check in, and my other colleague went back to live at home. Then the landlord had a very bad attitude and asked us to move out. If we didn't accept it, she generously admitted that I had taken two orders. I asked them to quickly give up the room or refund me half of the fee. But she read it but didn't reply.
Then I complained to Booking and provided evidence. Then Booking's customer service asked the landlord, and the landlord said that he didn't let other people check in and refused to refund. As a result, Booking chose to believe the landlord and only refunded me 59 euros. I paid more than 450 euros this time. It was a really bad experience.
I feel that this landlord is a very bad person. Don't come to book this apartment. You may also encounter this situation. I don't know why this rating is so high. I can't believe it.
Zarezerwowałem ten apartament, który ma dwa pokoje. Kiedy my dwoje się zameldowaliśmy, drugi pokój był zajęty przez parę. Ponieważ tego dnia było już za późno, mogli się tylko zameldować, a mój drugi kolega wrócił do domu. Wtedy właścicielka miała bardzo złe nastawienie i poprosiła nas o wyprowadzkę. Jeśli tego nie zaakceptujemy, uprzejmie przyzna, że przyjąłem dwa zamówienia. Poprosiłem ich, aby szybko oddali pokój lub zwrócili mi połowę opłaty. Ale ona to przeczytała, ale nie odpowiedziała.
Wtedy złożyłem skargę do Booking i przedstawiłem dowody. Następnie obsługa klienta Booking zwróciła się do właściciela, a właściciel powiedział, że nie pozwolił innym osobom się zameldować i odmówił zwrotu pieniędzy. W rezultacie Booking postanowił uwierzyć właścicielowi i zwrócił mi tylko 59 euro. Tym razem zapłaciłem ponad 450 euro. To było naprawdę złe doświadczenie.

Świetna lokalizacja, Żabka 20m od apartamentu, do centrum centrum dojeżdża się w kilka minut. Apartament jest świetnie wyposażony, niczego w nim nie brakuje :).

Jako apartament na wyłączność - świetna opcja. Jako pokój - koszmar. Co z tego, że przestrzeń wspólna jest ogromna, skoro dzielisz ją z randomowymi ludźmi? Czuliśmy się jak w hostelu.
Minus też za drzwi balkonowe, które prowadzą... w nicość, nie ma nawet żadnej barierki więc ktoś nieuważny mógłby po prostu zlecieć.
Wlascicielka kazała nam podać Pesel w ramach meldunku, co również jest nadużyciem.
W tym samym budynku są "Pokoje na Warszawskiej", które powinny się nazywać "PIWNICA POD ŻABKĄ". Pokoje są BEZ OKIEN - nazywanie tego 'niskim parterem' jest bezczelnością.
