W odpowiedzi otrzymalam informację, że otrzymalam 2 pokoje zamiast 1, nastapil blad w numeracji. Informując osobę kontaktowa, że nie ma znaczenia ilość pokoi i nie wybrałabym tego mieszkania otrzymałam odpowiedź, że to wina booking.pl i mam tam zgłosić uwagi...Osoba odpowiedzialna za kontakt zarówno telefoniczny jak i mailowy powinna popracować nad komunikacja z klientem.
