Read all, before you complain

Apartament was perfect, 2 rooms, clean, with all whant we needed. We could complaing on reallz small things, but overa all was extraorinary. as a stay for 2 or even 10 days you will not regret it. anyhow.... look below

* we had issue to enter the buidling as only PIN was given, without instructions, small unnecesary stress * wifi connection was not noted anywhere, owner said location of router, etc, I'm IT so I managed, but non IT person (eg my wife) will have issues to get connected - be warned ---- *as the apartment is in a big block there are some issues, on which owner have no influence, loud music till 22:30 (2 nights), loud music from 6:00 (1 time), we have been 3 night so this gives statistuics of 50% - not good, ---- Last and most unforntunate and reason why I will not book it again. After opinion on bookign (8,0) I got complain that it's not fair, and I'm not right to say such a bad opion. I'm aware that owner have no influence over neighbors - but such a information should be / must be included for future bookings. Thus owner enforcement of changing the get into 10 min SMS exchange - in result I deciced to spend 15min to write this. I will not book this apartament - as even perfectly fit our needs approach of owner suggest that we may have surprises.

Fajnie ze wlasciciel/ka są przyjaźni zwierzętom. Naprawdę wszystko ok Pozdrawiam serdecznie.

Nasz pobyt był rewelacyjny.

Apartament był doskonale przygotowany, czysto w każdym miejscu. W łazience płyny do higieny nawet intymnej umieszczone na półeczce. Niczego nie zabrakło. W kuchni wszystko co może być potrzebne łącznie z podstawowymi przyprawami, sztućce, talerze, garnki, szklanki, kubeczki. Nawet paczką makaronu gdyby ktoś był głodny. W szafie żelazko. Salon z telewizorem wygodny, na balkonie stoliczek z krzesełkami, częściowo zadaszony. W sypialni czyściutka i dobra gatunkowo pościel, materac mięciutki. Sen bajeczny. Na dole obok wejścia do klatki sklep Żabka. Polecam to miejsce.

Kleine Auszeit

Die Wohnung ist ausreichend groß . So wie auf den Bildern zu sehen ist. Leider wird derzeit viel gebaut . Lärm störte nicht da wir viel unterwegs waren . Es lag einen Tag sehr viel Dreck auf den Balkon und musste entfernt werden. Eine Kaffeemaschine wäre super als kleine Anregung .

bei dem nächsten Mal eine andere Wohnung (wenn es möglich ist, diese vorher zu besichtigen

Meine Frau hat den Vermieter einige Tage zuvor angerufen und der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und hatte gleich eine andere Wohnung gezeigt (Besichtigung also problemlos möglich) Diese Wohnung war TOP. Leider gab es dann bei der anderen Wohnung die unten genannten Überraschungen.

Baustelle direkt neben der Ferienwohnung. Küchenstühle (Sitzfläche) gebrochen. Abgestoßene Ecke im Flur. (Metall unter der Rigips-Wand war sichtbar) Schlafzimmer hatte einen sehr muffigen Geruch (wie feuchter Keller), daher elektrischer Duftverteiler (habe den gleich entfernt), Duft vom Duftverteiler erzeugte gleich einen Reizhusten bei mir. Der Hausflur zur Wohnung war sehr Dunkel, da die Deckenbeleuchtung nicht ansprang. Ohne Taschenlampe hätten wir der CODE an der Wohnungseingangstür nicht eingeben können.
