Apartament jest dość ładny i przestronny. Bardzo dobry kontakt z obsługą, która starała się pokrywać braki w apartamencie.

Brak części rzeczy wpisanych w ofertę, np.zmywarki. Słaby stan niektórych sprzętów (odpadająca deska sedesowa, zakamieniona bateria pod prysznicem), brak miejsca na odłożenie mokrych naczyń. Brak szafy z półkami na ubrania (jest tylko przestrzeń na wieszaki).

brak klimatyzacji, wniesienie bagażu po schodach na drugie piętro - brak windy w obiekcie, mało funkcjonalna łazienka - bardzo wysoko umieszczona umywalka, brak wieszaków, brak półki na kosmetyki, niepraktyczna słuchawka prysznicowa (żeby się wykąpać trzeba trzymać ją w ręku, bo uchwyt nie umożliwia właściwego strumienia wody) brak koszyczka w kabinie prysznicowej na kosmetyki (płyn do kąpieli, szampon)
