Właściciele byli bardzo mili i pomocni, a dodatkowym udogodnieniem była możliwość wcześniejszego pozostawienia bagażu. Lokalizacja jest dobra – obiekt znajduje się w spokojnej okolicy, co sprzyja wypoczynkowi. Na plus należy zaliczyć sprawnie działające ogrzewanie oraz dostęp do aneksu kuchennego. Pokój spełnia swoją funkcję, dobry na krótki pobyt.
Ściany w pokojach są dość cienkie i słychać było rozmowy sąsiadów, choć nie stanowiło to problemu, bo podczas pobytu nie trafili się uciążliwi goście. Pewnym problemem było bardzo słabe ciśnienie wody, szczególnie ciepłej, co mogło wynikać z chwilowych zakłóceń po stronie miejskiej sieci wodociągowej.

Gość, dla którego zarezerwowany był pobyt przyjechał zadowolony i ocenił, że był dobrze zaopiekowany w miejscu noclegu. Było czysto i schludnie. Więcej nie trzeba.
