Very kind and sympatetic owner (she). Clean and nice flat, with great standart. Small details that makes you feel welcome like mini bar, candies etc. Calm and quiet neighbiurhood away from traffic and still close to the city!

Noise isolation is bad, the owners that lives on the 1st floor use to speak german very loud, annoying for me. Backyard could be more taken care of.

Cicha okolica. Blisko przystanek komunikacji miejskiej Pokoik bardzo przytulny, super wygodne łózko, w pokoju szafka nocna z lampka oraz szafa na ubrania! Dostęp do wpełni wyposażonej kuchni gdzie można przygotować lub podgrzać posiłek! Łazienka nowoczesna, jest wanna i słuchawka prysznicowa, umywalka oraz ubikacja! Bardzo sympatyczna właścicielka!

Kawałek od centrum i promu oczywiście jak wybierze się opcje pójścia piechotą!

Idealna na jeden nocleg, przy dłuższym pobycie - szukaj dalej

W kuchni która jest udostępniona można czestiwac siw kawa i herbata ora skorzystać z lodówki- wlascicielka przygotowała wolna półkę.

W ogłoszeniu jest informacja o parkingu- to parking publicznych, ale o miejsce ciężko. Gdyby nie to, że mogliśmy zastawić właścicielkę nie byłoby różowo. Pokój jest dość malutki, a kuchnia to prywatna kuchnia właściciela- bardzo miło że ja udostępniają niw było dla mnie jednak komfortowe schodzenie tam gdy słyszałam że korzysta. Zniej rodzina właścicielki.

Es hat mir sehr gut gefallen und würde jederzeit wieder gerne kommen zu einem Kurztrip am WE nach PL

Freundlich empfangen worden und dann gleich einen Transponder für die Haustür bekommen, damit man unabhängig mobil ist und zu jeder Tag & Nacht Zeit rein und raus kann. Pension sehr ruhig gelegen, sehr persönlich eingerichet und man konnte in der Küche alles mitbenutzten, Tee kochen usw, Kühlschrank ok. Bad auf dem Flur war auch ok.

etwas abseits gelegen, wenn man zu Fuß vom UBB Bahnhof kommt. Auch richtig Zentrum etwas weitere Wege, aber so lernt man die Stadt mal anders kennen.

Дякуємо, все було гарно.

Дуже приємні господарі. Будинок весь дуже охайний і чистий. Спільна кухня з посудом, холодильником та чай, кава. На декілька кімнат одна вбиральня. Кімнати не великі, але є все, що необхідно. Гарний вайфай. Господарі також живуть в цьому будинку і дві дружні собаки.

Хто приїздить без авто, може бути трохи задалеко від моря. Ми йшли 20 хвилин повз Лідл.

Super private Unterkunft in Swinemünde

Super neue Wohnung im ruhigen Teil von Swinemünde. Gut erreichbar vom Bahnhof der UBB oder mit Auto. Alles renoviert und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Neues Bad und Zimmer. Küche kann man mitbenutzen und den Balkon. Super Aufenthalt und die Besitzer sind komplett zweisprachig polnisch und deutsch.

Alles hat gestimmt für mich. Da wohnen zwei ganz liebe Hunde. Wer Hunde nicht mag, hat vielleicht Probleme. Die Lage ist auch ziemlich weit vom Kurviertel und Strand entfernt, wer dahin will. Sonst komme ich gerne wieder.

Spokój, z dala od zgiełku promenady i turystów. Droga do plaży (pomimo dalszej lokalizacji od promenady) przyjemna. Miła i pomocna właścicielka obiektu. Bezpłatne miejsce do parkowania.

Brakuje telewizji z kanałami polskimi. Przydałaby się na wieczorny odpoczynek.

Schöne Wohnung mit sehr lieben Eigentümern zu einem super fairen Preis in Swinemünde

Das Apartment ist wirklich sehr schön es gibt ein eigenes Badezimmer das einen frisch renovierten Eindruck macht und eine große Dusche hat. Das Zimmer an sich ist auch sehr schön schön, es gibt zwei Einzelbetten und eine gut ausgestattete Küche mit Kühlschrank außerdem noch einen Fernseher mit deutschen Kanälen. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen direkten Zugang zum Garten in dem sich wunderbar die Sonne genießen lässt. Die Eigentümer sind extrem freundlich und ich denke sie sind bemüht jeden Wunsch möglich zu machen! In der näheren Umgebung gibt es gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten der Kaufland z.b. ist direkt um die Ecke, zum Strand läuft man ca. 20 Minuten aber das fällt nicht weiter ins Gewicht...der Weg ist das Ziel! Der Aufenthalt mit einem Hund ist hier kein Problem (im Haus leben auch Hunde) und sogar ohne Aufpreis möglich alles in allem eine wirklich tolle Unterkunft zu einem super fairen Preis!

Pokój był czysty i wygodny, z dostępem do wspólnej łazienki i kuchni, co było bardzo praktyczne. Właścicielka okazała się niezwykle miła i sympatyczna – pomogła mi nawet, gdy miałam problem z opalonymi łydkami. Przydałby się telewizor, ale na jedną noc po pokonaniu trasy Odra-Nysa to miejsce było idealne. Bardzo doceniam życzliwość i domową atmosferę. Polecam!
