Bakoven Brilliance!

The house is in a quiet corner of Camps Bay, nestled against the mountainside with views for days! A heated pool (a surprising rarity in CT) is nestled on the main floor and we enjoyed gorgeous views of sunset over the sea warmed by a roaring fire. Despite the cold, the spa was a pleasant treat after a brisk dip. We thoroughly enjoyed the ease of access to the nearby convenience stores, eateries, stores, downtown/city bowl attractions and beautiful beaches. The house offers fantastic privacy and good parking. We were supported with staff (on weekdays) so cleanup was not a chore as we opted to dine in throughout our stay. I'd fly back and stay again in a heartbeat! Thank you for accommodating us.

Would have loved a microwave but this kitchen is well appointed with literally everything else you can imagine. From a wine cooler, a sparkling and filtered water fountain, split bins for recycling, a steam and regular oven, baking and blending appliances... i could go on for days! There are several stairs up to the main floor level so its a little bit of a workout, but - but of course the owners of La Baia thought of everything - so theres a lift conveniently accessed from stree-level. (again, lifts are surprisingly not all that common in many of the private villas we looked at in CT) So all that shopping/luggage isnt and wont ever be a headache. Just be sure to supervise kids, position items in the lift properly etc

Space and comfort with a beautiful view inside and out.

We love La Baia. The villa is beautiful, and extremely comfortable. The deck is massive and the view is stunning. Our family of 5 all agree that La Baia was a highlight of our time in Cape Town. Many thanks to the hosts and housekeeper, they all went beyond to make sure our stay was a success.
