Villa située à l'extrémité de Campsbay, dans un magnifique quartier, très calme. La villa est relativement bien entretenue et propre, même si certains points pourrait être améliorés. Mais la vue depuis la piscine est à couper le souffle et rattrape les petits défauts.
Quelques points à améliorer, dont notamment les stores qui ne fonctionnent pas toujours, et qui laissent totalement passer la lumière dans les chambres

The property location and view are magnificent.
Most kitchen cupboards defective , stoves grimy and some bathrooms had damp and mold. Old blinds. Needs curtains with sun block. Old defective appliances and kitchen pots and pans were immediately replaced. To the owners credit she took immediate steps to address our issues but all the cleaners and workers attendances and replacements happened while we were in the property. She agreed to refund 50% of the charge which was fair but actually shouldn’t have charged at all.
