All-A-Board Surf School is just five miles west with private or group lessons from friendly and qualified instructors who want nothing more than to get you up and crashing waves as soon as possible! We always enjoy staying at Mailsail for the location, beach, and amenities. We have stayed at several different condos on the property. On arrival there was a busted pipe in the building we were staying in and we had no running water until around 11pm, that was an odd occurrence I understand. I did contact the owner/Vacasa but went and talked to the repair people and figured it out on my own before any communication back. The only other issue was no fan or light in the master bedroom was working. I notified owner of this but no response. Despite this we had a wonderful time at the beach and we always enjoy Mainsail.

Our 4th stay at mainsail.
The location to the beach is great. Beach chairs and umbrella set up a plus.
Rental cost of this condo was great.
This is a nice condo, just could use a little touch up.
