The Newly Renovated Champagne Cottage, in Miramar Beach, FL (Just 15 min east of Destin), is a ground floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo located in Hidden Dunes Beach & Tennis Resort in Miramar Beach, FL. The cottage is located just a short 5 minute walk, or seasonal resort tram ride to the never-crowded private beach through private resort grounds. Relax and enjoy this beautifully updated cottage, complete with amazing screened-in porch, perfect for families, couples, girls trips, or even bachelorette parties! This lush, wooded 27 acre gated community offers both privacy and access to local activities. Resort amenities include 6 Rubico clay tennis courts with pro shop, lighted basketball court, pickle ball courts, horseshoe pits, playground and 24-hour gated security, gas grills, and stocked fishing pond (catch and release). Private beach service is available for chair/umbrella rental as well as beach bonfires.
This FRESHLY RENOVATED 2 Bed, 2 Bath cottage-style condo is a great space for families as well as couples! The unit features a King bed with twin day bed in the primary bedroom, 2 full size beds in the guest bedroom as well as a queen sleeper sofa. There is also a beautiful screened-in porch featuring an outdoor bar with a pass-through window to the kitchen - you will feel like you're in the woods thanks to the premier location of this unit. There is a washer and dryer in the unit, as well as coffee maker, fully-apportioned kitchen, flat screen TVs in the living, master bedroom and guest rooms ready to stream your favorite movies and shows on a rainy day! The large dining table has seating for 6, with extra seating for 2 available nearby at the breakfast bar. The Champagne Cottage is kid friendly and comes equipped with a beach wagon (for the short walk through the property to the beach, beach toys, pack-n-play, and high chair!
Hidden Dunes is just 6 miles from scenic highway 30A, and minutes from popular areas such as Destin, Sandestin golf course (less than 1 mile away), and Baytowne Wharf (2 miles away). Miramar Beach is almost famous for its vibrant Beach Bars, which are all less than 2 miles from the cottage. The picturesque villages of Seaside and Rosemary Beach on 30A are just minutes to the east.
Relax and unwind in the seasonally heated pool, or take a scenic walk along the fountain lined path on the way to the private beach access. There is also a seasonal beach shuttle that will pick you up at your cottage, and drop you off right at the private beach access! In addition, we keep the Champagne Cottage fully stocked with a beach wagon, beach towels, beach toys, and all of the gear you could need for a perfect beach day!

Wonderful cottage! The only thing we didn’t enjoy was that we heard the upstairs neighbors constantly up until midnight.

This is our second year staying in Hidden Dunes Resort, and it was the reason we decided to make the trip this year. The grounds are gorgeous, the gated community and gate staff make us feel so safe, and the heated pool has won us. The walk to the beach is so enjoyable -and while a little more than a few steps- is so worth it.
We stayed in another cottage last year. So it was our first time at Champagne Cottage. We loved it!! It was set up perfectly for families and had everything we needed. Some favorites were the cozy and trendy decor, patio with lights, variety of sleeping options, availability of beach items, and stocked kitchen! Beds were comfy, and the hot tub and large unheated pool was just steps out the patio door!
We did want to keep shoes on as our feet would get pretty nasty from the floors, and there was one day the upstairs cottage was getting cleaned and, we heard every roll of the vacuum cleaner and footsteps, but thankfully no one stayed while we were there!
No complaints about this cottage, and we would happily stay again! For what we got, the price is great! Highly recommend!
