This unit features a light and airy southern charm as well as a gorgeous coastline and pool view from a private sixth floor balcony. The living area has a cozy sofa, a white leather chair, an accent chair, a flat screen TV, a DVD player, a CD stereo system, a mirrored wall, carpeted floors, and access to the private balcony. The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of counter space and upgraded full size appliances. The master bedroom features a king bed, white furniture with glass tops, a TV, a DVD, and carpeted floors. The guest bedroom features two twin beds, wicker furniture, a flat screen wall mounted TV, a DVD player, and carpeted floors. The balcony is located just off of both the living room and the master bedroom for incredible sights of the sparkling blue/green waters. There is a dining table for four, an extra chair, two bar stools, and patio furniture for plenty of seating.

Parking notes: There is parking available for a fee and charges will apply for 2 vehicles.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Perfect size condo. Ease of getting in and out of area. Beach service included. Parking under tennis court keeps car out of the sun. Beautifully decorated and well laid out design.
