This fourteenth floor condo (1409), in Ariel Dunes I, features one of the most up to date interiors. This unit features a newly remodeled and modern look with 2 bedrooms and an extra room with bunk beds for the space and amenities needed for a great vacation. A very short walk to a private beach and you will be relaxing in the sand. This condo sleeps 8 with a master bedroom, guest bedroom, two built in bunk beds in a small room, and a pull-out sofa in the living room. There are LCD TVs in the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and living room. Condo comes with in unit washer/dryer, wifi, cable TV, and fitness room access.
Ariel Dunes provides all Seascape resorts amenities including: 18 hole golf course, 3 full size pools, basketball courts, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and full service Cabana Café restaurant with live entertainment.

The picture of the balcony and ocean is a little misleading. You think your alot closer to the beach then you are. You have to walk a little ways to the beach. Other then that the place is clean and amazing. Will come back. We had a great time.

We had one minor incident with the AC (to be expected in Florida). I texted the rep via number I had been communicating with prior to arrival and they had someone there to fix it within 15 minutes. Our crew was very impressed with the haste. The condo is up-to-date, the beds are comfortable, it is clean, and it is spacious. The pools are nice and well-kept. The ocean is a 3 minute walk from the front door. They have a restaurant and a beach store downstairs. We, 11/10, recommend this as a place to stay. We loved it and will be back.
