Ariel Dunes is located on the east end of Destin in Miramar Beach on the Seascape Golf and Beach Resort. Enjoy stunning gulf views and amenities galore! Large Lagoon style pools at the base of each building, onsite gym in each building, onsite 18 hole golf course, onsite restaurants and easy beach access!
Perfectly situated on the east end of Destin, Miramar Beach is the perfect location for your next visit to Destin. With Miles of Sugar white sand and crystal clear water, beach side living simply doesn’t get any better. The beach front area in this community is nice and wide so you will not have any trouble find your spot to hunker down on the beach!
This area also boasts tons of shopping and dining options. The Silver Sands premium outlet mall is where you will find 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurant options (just 2 minutes from the heart of Miramar Beach!) In addition to the restaurants found at the outlet mall you will find countless dining and shopping options sprinkled throughout the Miramar beach community including two beach front options within walking distance (the Whales Tail and Pompano Joe's) If you are looking for a bit of nightlife head on over to the village at Baytowne Wharf; here you will find numerous night spots, upscale dining, zip lines and activities for the kids along with fireworks all summer long! The Grand Blvd shopping center just outside the gates of Sandestin offers even more upscale dining options, boutique shopping and a brand new movie theater!
Looking to hit the links? You will have your pick of 8 fantastic golf courses in the immediate area including top rated courses like the Raven at Sandestin, Sandestin links, Baytowne at Sandestin, Seascape, Kelly Plantation, Regatta Bay, Emerald Bay and Burnt Pine. *Two complimentary parking passes are provided. Additional passes may be purchased for $15.00 each. Monthly winter guests must purchase a parking decal for $25.00 once the complimentary parking pass expires after 15 days.
Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the onsite community pool for Ariel Dunes I is typically heated for the week of Thanksgiving and again from Christmas to Easter. The Seascape Tennis Village community pool is typically heated November - March 1st, while the Seascape Boardwalk community pool is typically heated October - April.

Our annual vacation spot! Second time we have stayed in the building and love it! Only issue we had with the property was that it was not thoroughly cleaned. Floors were dirty. Food (old fruit and candy) was under the couches and furniture.
The unit is good and one we would enjoy again. It just needs to be cleaned better and more thoroughly

I had a wonderful stay at this property! Waking up to such a beautiful view of the ocean was surreal…Everything in the property was cleaned outstandingly before I checked in. The bed was so comfortable…everything in the property was designed for relaxation. I loved my stay..

Upon arrival I received text stating I haven’t arrived they wanted to know when I was arriving. The Communication was excellent. 1808 is most definitely a great place. I will come back for a longer stay. Great view to the beach. Ariel dumes 1 met my expectations. Thank you

We loved Seascape/Ariel Dunes 1/1808! A perfect location in a beautiful setting. View was amazing, walk to the beach was short and the Resort was perfect for our family.
