This 2 bedroom 7th floor end unit features sweeping views of the Gulf of Mexico, the bay and San Destin golf course from two over sized balconies and almost every room in this large condo. You can even see the water from the kitchen. Four sets of sliding glass doors allow access to the two balconies ...One gulf front and one bay front. Our bright light filled home was redecorated in January 2020 with an cozy beach cottage feel. Crisp white walls, shiplap in the Foyer, Dining Room and Living Room. The living room features a new over sized sectional sofa that seats 7+ and contains a queen size sleeper, two spool chairs, a new entertainment console, 75" Samsung Smart TV and Yamaha Surround Sound Receiver with Bluetooth for streaming music. A second dining table complete the luxurious living room.

An unusual feature in our home is the separate Dining Room that seats six guests at the new round table and enjoys panoramic views of the bay, San Destin golf course and Mainsail's pool area & tennis courts. The dining room has a sliding glass door to the bay side balcony and opens to the chef's kitchen and breakfast bar has seating for three more guests and features everything you could need, including a view of the bay. Granite counters, new appliances, barware, professional style knives, all new cook ware, silverware, dishes and bake ware make this a kitchen you'll feel right at home in.

The gulf front Master Suite features a gorgeous mahogany king-size bed, new mattress, King Size MyPillows, hand-carved armoire with 42' led Smart TV and an ihome radio on the night stand. Adjoining the master suite is a private dressing area with custom built cherry closets. The gulf front balcony with breath taking sunrise views, is accessible from the master suite.

A spacious Guest Suite features crisp white linens and new TWIN SIZE BED, MyPillows, long dresser. Plantation shutters, a custom closet and 45" LED Smart TVcomplete the room.

Each balcony is spacious and features custom designed wicker furniture and cushions. On the gulf side balcony there is a teak table and four over sized chairs... A perfect place to enjoy a sunrise breakfast or cocktails after a long day on the beach.

The bay side balcony is a great place to relax with a book or chat with friends and family. Furnished with two rocking swivel chairs, sofa with two endtables and chaise lounge with a teak side table. With a premium view of the tennis courts, you can cheer on a tennis game.

The local attractions are ever-changing and our home is located very close to many of them. Our 800 ft private beach is at the top of that list! But if you must leave the beach, the silver sands factory stores is directly across the street, featuring over 100 top designer store outlets and several restaurants - BRAND NEW CHIK-FILA is walking distance from the condo, for a coffee drinker, there is a Starbucks in walking distance! Several golf courses are also near by including a par 3 course and putt putt. Big kahuna's water park is a just short drive west. Grande Destin is just a short drive to upscale shops and dining just to the east. Destin commons an outdoor mall is just two miles to the west. Many additional activities are available in the area: fishing (beach, pier and deep), wild life viewing, horse back ridding, golf, tennis and much more.

The seventh floor view, gulf breezes and the sounds of the ocean are unforgettable from this luxury condo. Just a few steps away, walk out on to one of the whitest beaches and into the emerald green waters of the gulf, where once again, readers of southern living magazine have confirmed Destin, Florida as one of their favorite southern destinations and family getaways.
