- We have in our unit goodies that are available for you to use at the beach.

Mainsail is located directly on the beach with 700 feet on the beach not very many properties can claim that. Our beach is the widest (770' of dedicated beach). Mainsail is a gated community and has 24 hour on-site security, two pools a family one and a kiddie pools for the little ones to enjoy, and a hot tub. For your BBQ days, there is a grilling area equipped with grills and picnic tables.
* We do not accept third party bookings.

Southern Hospitality Vacation Rentals Policy for VRBO guests:
After receipt of your booking, we will contact you directly to answer add'l questions and give you more details about the reservation process. We require all guests to read and sign OUR rental agreement and terms for our condo.. Rules of our beach home, payments and cancellation information is stated in our rental agreement. Final payment is due 60 days prior to arrival. REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT - a $500.00 "HOLD" will be placed on your credit card 7 days prior to your arrival. The credit card "HOLD" will be released within 48 hours after your departure subject to the following conditions stated in our rental agreement.

Beautifully decorated condo and very clean. You can’t go wrong renting any condo from Andree’. She gets right back to you if you have any questions. She has everything you need in each condo. They are meticulous clean, and she always has a few little extra touches that makes you feel welcome and ready to relax and enjoy your vacation.

The Mainsail 276 condo was beautifully decorated and had a great view of the beach! The property's pool and hot tub were great too!
This is the third condo I've stayed in within the Destin/Miramar area, and this by far has been the best one.
Andree was extremely organized and quick to respond to any communications.
I also have a unique perspective because I have a loved one who is disabled. The Mainsail property had a nearly flat path to the beach with no stairs! Combine that with the free chair and umbrella service offered during the summer, and we had the best outcome for navigating a beach stay with a disability. We hope to be back!

The condo was beautiful and the property had multiple options for entertaining two young, active children. Andree was wonderful to work with and we will absolutely rent from her again.

We started booking with Southern Hospitality in 2022 and will not book with anyone else! From the booking to checkout, Andree leaves no stone unturned! The condos are always immaculate and the digital guide booklet you get is extremely informative for the area in which you are staying! Thank you Southern Hospitality for a wonderful week at the beach! 🏖️
