About this apartment rental
This condo has just been newly renovated! This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo on the beach! With 1206 square feet with an open floor plan your family will have lots of space to spread out and enjoy the beach! This condo is located right next to the Silver Sand Outlet mall, within walking distances if you choose to walk! Along with shopping, there are many places to eat! The condo has a king size bed in one bedroom and in the master is a king size too. The sofa is brand new and is a queen size pull out sleeper with a Gel Sealy mattress for extra comfort!!! The kitchen has an extra ice maker making your trip to the beach easy! You will not be disappointed in your stay! Mainsail has a pool and hot tub! There is also a kiddie pool too! Perfect place for grilling and hanging with the family! If you are booking between March 1st thru October 1st, your booking includes 2 chairs and an umbrella on the beach! Ring video surveillance for property protection.

This was the perfect place for us!! We loved everything about the condo and the property! Melissa (host) was great! Would definitely recommend this spot to a friend and we hope to come back next summer.

Perfect but my sister would take a dip in the pool and we wished there was some shade….umbrellas would be nice at the pool! Parking was also a bit challenging but understand that the parking lot is being worked on.

The room was clean and well stocked. The only problem we had was a lot of the things advertised such as pickleball courts, shuffle board, and basketball courts no longer exist even though they were advertised when we booked the condo. Also it was advertised that there was an onsite fitness center. There apparently is one but they were working on the doors the whole week we were there and it was closed. I reached out to the host but was told that she had no control over those things. Had the condo come with everything advertised I would have given it 5 stars. We have stayed at different condos at Miramar for years and have always loved staying here because of the other things available to do after a day at the beach. Had we known ahead of time that they weren’t available we would have looked at other options for places to stay.
