Windancer offers top level amenities with the classic Florida low-rise resort feel. Tucked away on east end of Scenic gulf drive in Miramar Beach most locals don’t know Windancer lane even exists! Little do they know it’s right in the thick of things! One mile north of the condo you’ll find the silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants there’s plenty for the avid shopper or diner! Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and complimentary beach service for each of its units (2 chairs, 1 umbrellas per condo). This is a great feature to have so you aren’t having to carry all of your chairs and umbrellas to the beach. If you are looking for a smaller condo to relax while still being close to all the action Miramar Beach has to offer, Windancer is the place for you. As you walk into your unit you can see the Gulf of Mexico immediately! Just down the hall you'll find your master suite with a king bed and full bathroom attached. The full bathroom also contains a stacked washer and dryer. There is a bunk nook in the front hallway (2 twin beds) as well as a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. Enjoy amazing gulf views from your kitchen, dining room, living room and private balcony. This condo comes with complimentary beach service (2 chairs 1 umbrella) available seasonally.

All One Level: Living Room with Queen Sleeper Sofa and Balcony Access, Kitchen, Dining, King Bedroom with Tub/Shower Combo, Twin Bunk Nook, Powder Room, Laundry.
*Based on the daily temperature and at the HOA's discretion, the community pool is seasonally heated.

We have stayed at Windermere for 6 years, all in different units. Unfortunately, this was not as enjoyable for us as in past years. A few things come to mind to have been a better stay with you…A.) we saw a mouse run across the living room floor on night 2. We went to Walmart to get sticky mouse traps at 9pm…ended up having 3 mice caught by 3am. That was not very enjoyable experience & we all did not sleep well that night. B. )The cabinetry was very sticky & greasy. Could use a good cleaning. C.)We were going to grill burgers but only had a plastic spatula stocked in kitchen, thought it would melt on the grill. Would have been nice to have a metal spatula included. D) Electric can opener was somewhat broken, my husband spent a few minutes fixing it so it would cut/open properly. E.) We had 5 people for condo, utilized the pullout couch for sleeping. But were not given a comforter or blankets for use. Did have sheets though. The blue couches had stains on them. Could use a good cleaning. F.) There was a brown thick liquid leaking from the left bottom of refrigerator onto the floor. This was noticed BEFORE we even had our groceries stocked in frig. The liquid continued to oozed through out our stay. G.) The shower curtain rod would not stay up & we to deal with the extra plastic curtain length gathered at the bottom of the tub every time we showered. H.) Bathroom or back of doors could use a hook or towel rack to hang extra towels to dry or to hang clothes over.
