Windancer offers top level amenities with the classic Florida low-rise resort feel. Tucked away on east end of Scenic gulf drive in Miramar Beach most locals don’t know Windancer lane even exists! Little do they know its right in the thick of things! One mile north of the condo you’ll find the silver Sands outlet mall with over 120 designer outlets and 10 restaurants there’s plenty for the avid shopper or diner! Up and down scenic gulf drive you’ll find countless restaurants and local surf shops of your choosing. The building offers a gulf front community pool, gulf front community BBQ grills (charcoal) and complimentary beach service for each of its units (2 chairs, 1 umbrellas per condo)
Upon entering this stylish one bedroom, one and a half bathroom condo you are greeted by a long foyer with spectacular gulf views that you can see from the hallway. Veer to the right and walk into the wonderful Master Bedroom that houses a large King size bed, a full bath en suite, and a sunny window view. Within the hallway you will find a built-in bunk nook with Twin size beds great for the kids, and a community half bath for guests. The remainder of unit 302 is equipped with a lovely updated kitchen, an open dining area, and a cozy living room with a flat screen TV for viewing pleasure. We loved the location and that it was a smaller building. The beach wasn’t jam packed with people and the included beach chairs and umbrella were definitely a plus. The rental needs a good update. Looks like they did some updates but there are definitely signs of wear in it. The floors were filthy. We had to wear shoes at all times or our feet would be black! We even mopped it and they were still dirty. Overall we had a nice stay but I wouldn’t rent this condo again.

Perfect beach location; unit was nice but poorly stocked. Would still go back just bring all necessities including salt!

Checking in and out was easy. The condo was very hot when thermostat was set at the requested 72 degrees. Love the location and this smaller condo means the beach isn’t as crowded in summer. Condo could use a little updating and it needs a good deep clean.
