Windancer is a private community in the heart of Miramar Beach. It features a 4-story Beach Front condominium and a handful of cottages with private pools. Located on the east end of Scenic Gulf Drive, Windancer is close to many favorite local eateries and just a couple blocks from Silver Sands Outlet Mall. Take a refreshing dip in the seasonally heated, Gulf Front community pool, step down the boardwalk to the beach, and grill up a feast at the Gulf Front BBQ area. Grand Boulevard Town Center is a pedestrian-friendly, shopping and dining complex just off Emerald Coast Parkway, convenient to both SanDestin and Miramar Beach. For the high-end shopper, the center offers everything from Fusion Art Glass Gallery to Brooks Brothers Country Club. A number of boutiques, such as Hello, Sunshine and Magnolia House, carry fare you can't find anywhere else. Dining options include Mitchell's Fish Market, P. F. Located just 685 feet straight out from the Miramar Regional Public Beach access (by Pompano Joe's), it is becoming a haven for sea life. Each of the 4 snorkeling reefs comprises 40 acres of permitted sea bottom. The Dolphin Reef is at a depth of 12-20 feet. We strongly recommend that snorkelers use a kayak, paddleboard, or other flotation device when visiting the snorkel reefs. Sea conditions can and do change quickly and often. Enjoy!

We had a great time, house was very clean. We enjoyed the pool, it was beautiful and water was crystal clear. We have stayed at many places in Destin, but this was by far the best one. Easy check-in and check-out, no issues with the property and neighborhood was lovely.

The Good: Inside of house is very updated and spacious. Wrap around porches and balconies were nice.The Bad: This is a key entry and there was only one key. Kind of hard to share one key with 4 people. The Ugly: Major water leak from upstairs master bath down onto the kitchen table. Called the emergency line and they said they would send somebody out. They didn't and we couldn't use the master bath for 2 days out of our 4 days there. You could tell by older damage on the ceiling this problem happened previously. Second Ugly was the cleaning crew trying to enter property at 7:30 AM on Sunday (our last day). Check out process specifically said 10:00 AM check out with no late checkouts and an additional charge if you violate that. Disappointing they didn't follow their own rules. Pretty sure they can sort these issues out but we won't stay at the property again. We paid too much for this type of experience and no resolution offered.
